Located in the historic Cod Fish Park neighborhood, the tremendously bright, charming yet cozy cottage offers 5-star amenities a stone’s throw from Condé Nast’s 2020 Best Beach. Ideally situated steps down from the Sconset Market, Claudette's Sandwich Shop, The Summer House and the Chanticleer making this property a coveted summer vacation rental. This two bedroom elegant beach cottage comfortably accommodates up to six guests with beguiling bunk beds tucked up in the living area. There is a parking spot for only one vehicle.
Enter into the tranquil living space with custom latticed cathedral ceilings surrounded by banks of shuttered windows offering wondrous light. The space lends itself to indoor / outdoor entertaining and relaxing with its sofas, large dining tables and modern Chef kitchen and grilling area.
First floor has a Queen luxury bedroom with en-suite full bathroom, and the two custom built-in bunks as well as half bathroom in the living space. The master bedroom is the only room on the second floor and has an inviting luxe coastal design and gorgeous bathroom with tub. The upstairs deck off the master bedroom offers beautiful ocean views and is perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or an evening cocktail at sunset.

Wonderfully charming and restful
This was a perfect vacation destination for my husband, myself, our 2 year old and my parents. The house is exquisitely decorated in a charming and functional manner, providing the best boutique experience. The house is in the more quiet side of the island but still walkable to a couple well known Nantucket restaurants. Just steps away from the beach making it easy for any age group to enjoy. The market is a minute walk away from the house for any provisions as well as a terrific playground for kids. Perfect and sensational getaway for our family. Highly recommend!

Idyllic Siaconset Seaside Stunner
I loved this property so much I could have stayed forever. It has everything you could need or want for a comfortable and memorable stay. Conveniently located to the beach, play park, market and restaurants on a beautiful quiet and friendly street. The house is exceedingly clean, organized and cozy. The decor is a beautiful mix of historic charm and modern updates, whimsy and sophistication. I appreciated the host Nicoles keen attention to detail; the high end furnishings, textiles, finishes and appliances. The kitchen like the rest of the house is well appointed and will thrill anyone who likes to cook/entertain. My husband loved the many small gathering places and gardens outside and wants me to mention the great water pressure of both indoor and outdoor showers. As a VRBO host myself I would highly recommend this property and we are already plotting our return!

The most darling beach cottage ever!!!
The most darling little retreat nestled in Cod Fish Park is colorful, restful, comfortable and the perfect escape on this amazing Island! It is the most comfortable house we’ve ever rented with every amenity you can think of. Nicole considered everything you could need for a perfect, stress free getaway. The house is right near the beach entrance and just around the corner from a playground, the Sconset Market and several restaurants. We could not love the property more and can’t wait to return again next year!!
