We offer unpretentious sophisticated comfortable accommodations. It is a 2 bedroom 2 bath that will absolutely take your breath away. The cottage, built in the late 1800s, has been completely remodeled with stainless steel appliances, washer and dryer, dishwasher central heat and A/C. It is in a quiet neighborhood conveniently located within walking distance to everything happening in Downtown Napa: award winning restaurants, numerous wine bars, the Oxbow Public Market, the fairgrounds, and fabulous shows at the Blue Note -Napa Valley Opera House and Uptown Theater.

We absolutely loved our experience at this property. The place had a cozy atmosphere and a well stocked kitchen filled with anything you need to have a nice boujee "girl dinner." The host was very communicative and even allowed us to check in early.As for the location, it is tucked perfectly with a walkable distance into the heart of downtown. but also short enough of a distance for a cheap uber! All in all a great place to spend the weekend.

We had an amazing stay! The place was perfect for us (2 couples). Great location within walking distance of tons of restaurants, and really well set up with everything we could possibly need. I can't think of anything that the property didn't have stocked. It's really a "just show up with your clothes" kind of place. The best part was the host, CC. She was so friendly and easy to work with, super responsive to our questions, and even helped us make winery reservations and gave good restaurants recommendations. She started reaching out a couple of months before our trip to see what we wanted to do and made sure we had all the info we needed. We’d absolutely stay here again and would highly recommend it!

The unit is nice. The kitchen is beautiful - clean and well-stocked; the bedrooms are not spacious, but comfortable and provide dressers with available drawers and the beds are very, very comfortable. The bathrooms are great - clean and have everything you need. The family room space is lovely. The only surprise we had was that this is not a stand-alone home — it is a downstairs unit of a two story house. There was a significant amount of noise from the upstairs unit
 we could hear every step take. Up there and even hear the voices of the other occupants. The upstairs neighbors were up and making noise well into the night, so we needed to use our phone for white noise through the night. This unit would benefit from white noise machines provided. At one point there was vacuuming upstairs and it was so loud. If you don’t mind the noise from above - this is a great unit!The real win with this rental is the host! She is wonderful! Very kind and attentive - and super helpful in planning our wine tastings. Thank you!!

Our host CC provided outstanding hospitality during our stay by making a very special wine tasting reservation for us and recommending local restaurants. The location is excellent and we enjoyed walking downtown for meals. The home is fully equipped with a great kitchen and very comfortable bedrooms.

This is a charming little place - plenty of space for two couples. We enjoyed the neighborhood and drove into Calistoga, St. Helena, and other small towns nearby. Checking in was super easy and communication was top notch. If you're in the area, this is a great home base!

First floor of a two-story house

When I first read the listing, I thought it was a standalone house with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. While it is indeed a house, the rental is actually the bottom floor of a 2-story home. Inside, there are 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, with the second bathroom located in what appears to be an addition to the main structure. Though you don’t have to go outside to access it, it was a bit unexpected in terms of layout.There is only one dining table that is limited — there’s a small table for two, with a pull-out extension that could accommodate a third person. That said, since we didn’t cook during our stay, it wasn’t a major issue for us.I rated the stay 4 stars overall. One key reason is that it wasn’t a standalone house. I was very grateful the upstairs unit wasn’t occupied during our visit. This meant we didn’t have to deal with potential noise above us or share the outdoor patio table, which is a shared space.On the plus side, the owner was extremely responsive, and I had one of the best nights of sleep I’ve had in a long time — the beds were very comfortable and the sheets were wonderful! The unit was also well-stocked with thoughtful amenities like multiple hair dryers, paper towels, spices, and other basics that made the stay more convenient.All in all, the four of us had a good time, but the space does feel better suited for two people rather than four. I’d happily stay here again for a girls’ trip, but it was a tight fit for two couples.

Our property manager was by far the most helpful in every aspect of our trip. She helped with winery recommendations and reservations as well as restaurant suggestions. The property was beautiful and in an amazing location. I highly recommend if you’re ever in need of a place e to stay in Napa!

Napa Stay

The apartment is very clean. Not exactly downtown but .8 mile walk. (8 blocks not too far) I was very worried when the address was different than the address or location listed but don't worry, it is the same place! There will be an upstairs apartment with heavy footed residents running around on top of you ... not quiet but adequate. Napa is such a fun place. Enjoy!

Great spot close to downtown

We enjoyed our stay as a jumping off point to the wineries and other activities in the area. Downtown Napa was a short walk. Host was very responsive. Would stay here again.
