We were there for family event, we book for 3 pm when we got there our room wasn't ready, after a long 4 hour drive. The staff done an amazing job to help us get in to our room. So grateful we got into our room and was amazing separate lounge and bed room walk in shower we ended up staying an extra night was perfect for us. Across the road was a supermarket really convenient. If we come back to Napier will stay there a again perfect

Hey, the shower pressure was bad. The tap did not really aim at the sink so we had the water leaking and flooding the floor. There weren't enough towels to dry the floor. The garage key drop off box was pretty much of a task to reach to from driving seat. Otherwise the stay was pleasant.
