We want you to enjoy our place as much as we do. Think of this as your vacation home away from home with all of the comforts and amenities for you to enjoy. Using our beach chairs, towels and snorkel gear, you are set up for a wonderful day on the bay. This second story unit is decorated with an artistic flare that is Vintage Hawaii. The buildings and grounds are well maintained and clean. There is a shared swimming pool and BBQ area for all of the residents to enjoy. When you stay in our condo, you feel a part of Napili rather than just another tourist.

Located less than a mile from the Napili Plaza (shopping, banking and restaurants) and just a short stroll to Napili Bay for swimming, and snorkeling! Many Sea Turtles live at Napili Point, and snorkeling with them is a fantastic experience. If you have stayed here before you will enjoy many new and remodeled features. For example...new top of the line hotel bed, 50" tv, built in patio table, new shower enclosure, new living room recliners, portable gas bbq, full air conditioning!

The location of the rental was great, peaceful and it included a stocked kitchen, bathroom amenities and balcony closet with outdoor gear. The rental is upstairs, so I recommend using bluetooth wireless earbuds or headset while watching tv during quiet hours (10PM - 8AM). Note you’ll receive important information through Vrbo, so make sure you’re able to receive notifications from the app. I would recommend consolidating and updating the rental information (links, attachments, binder at rental and some photos. Parking spot was would’ve been snug if I hadn’t rented a economy size car. I was asked to print and bring a copy of the parking pass, which took time to go get and cost 2.99 to print at UPS since I did not have a printer at home. There is a stack of printed parking permit papers in the basket on the counter top and in the binder with the rental information. Overall I enjoyed my stay.

Host responded immediately to requests. Very responsive and pleasant. Space was comfortable. Location was too far for me to walk to beach due to ambulatory issues. Location was several blocks up a steep hill from beach. Refrigerator was shut off when we arrived and we cleaned the leaking water up, but it did finally work. Price was reasonable.

The unit was nice, and we enjoyed it (especially because it was near my wife’s cousin’s place). Would have given five stars if the ceiling fan in the bedroom worked. We made it work with a portable fan that was provided, and the AC unit.We will happily stay here again if it is available when we visit Maui again!

We felt right at home

Such a comfortable cozy apartment home, more than your typical studio rental. This place has local vintage flare and felt like we were staying in a family members home. It was much larger than appeared in photos, beautifully decorated and furnished with everything that you could possibly need. We wished we could have stayed longer!

The condo is comfortable and clean with access to a nice pool. Close to restaurants, coffee shop and a grocery store that came in very handy. Beautiful beach in walking distance. Overall had an amazing trip and enjoyed our stay in Napili!

Review on unit 3/25/25 to 4/2/25

Location to beach was great . Can walk to three beaches within 7 to 25 mins . I wished they did not have all that carpet in unit . My allergies was very bad and I couldn’t find an air purifier at the stores and if I got one can’t log that large unit home . I would recommend wood laminate floors to limit the dust from carpet and rugs in hallway and bathrooms . Would make it more comfortable . We propped the foldable wooden table up on how it is on the units pics online . The table just collapsed and really startled scared us . We had every intention to clean it up after we got back from our booked whale watching tour .We received a message from management practically accusing us we did this on purpose “ saying “ this is unacceptable , you will be assessed a fine “ I will not use my hands to pick up shattered glasses pieces on floor from plates and glasses shattering all over . I wished they would think it through before automatically assuming which put a damper on our stay . They didn’t charge us for the table mishap but that was not called for.

Extended stay

This was a great place for me and my friend to stay for our conference. We were only 6 miles from the conference hotel. But we had the pleasure of living like a local instead of a hotel guest. Within walking access to beach, coffee shop, and places to eat. Plan to return.

Nice place to stay, comfortable bed. The A/C cooled off the rooms very fast, although we love having the hawaiian breeze go through on cooler days. Kitchen was well stocked with most pans and utensils that we needed.

Easy Stroll to the Beach

The location is perfect for a short walk to the Napili and Kapalua beaches. The drive to Black Rock was about 15 minutes. Reserved parking at the condo was nice. The neighbors were friendly. The evening quiet time was appreciated. Hosts were attentive and answered our questions quickly.

Amazing view

Very good location, close to the Napili and Kapalua beaches. Kapalua beach is the sight to see, very-very nice, can get busy during the day, but we were always able to find free parking spot and place at the beach. Napili plaza and Honolulu store are not too far and you can get there most of what you need. Apartment also has beach accessories, like chairs, bogie boards, etc, which is very convenient. Very good option for this price range. It was a pleasant stay. Thank you

Wonderful location with all you’ll need

My husband and I had a wonderful stay here. We were prepared that there’d be stairs to navigate so be sure you are too! The location can’t be beat if you enjoy the Napili area. The unit had all the basics you’d need for a week long stay and we’d definitely book again.

Also the switch in the kitchen needs to be replaced, the remote for the kitchen fan/light was not around and the florescent light over the sink is inadequate. Otherwise, the kitchen was full equipped and was a joy to use, the balcony was very pleasant as a breakfast nook, the location was convenient, the washer dryer was a godsend.

Napili Condo

Clean, quiet condo in a great location close to Napili Bay - less than a ten minute walk. Christy was a great host with clear communication responding to any messages quickly. Beach gear, washer/dryer and a full kitchen helped make the trip fun and kept it affordable.

Underwhelmed on this rental, expected more for the price.

Place was okay but not priced well for the condition and appearance of the unit. The buildings have zero curb appeal and the pool is very small given the number of potential users that are in the buildings. Napoli beach is touted as the place to go, a few blocks away, but beach was jammed, and we stayed in this area in low season. But well located for touring the area. Condo is comfortable, on the small side, with some upgrades on furniture in the living room that are nice. But the finishing in the kitchen is lacking compared to other similarly priced rentals in this area, especially on the interior cupboards, electric coil stove is old, burners are tricky, and likely needs replacement. Beautiful dishes and pots but drawer items could use some additions. Overall, the kitchen, the bathroom tub area and bedroom cupboard and dresser reminded me of a cabin. Baseboards, shower door silicone area, tub taps are grimy, and any shelves above 5 feet are not getting much attention from cleaners. Balcony area is very small and does not have the table shown in the pics. Refrigerator is also not as shown, and is very small, so don’t arrive with too many fridge or freezer groceries! AC is nice and quiet. Bed is comfortable but is topped with a foam mattress that is quite hot. Great supply of beach items, much appreciated. Well supplied with towels.

Wonderful Cosy Apartment In West Maui

We loved our stay at this apartment! It was a great location for day trips up and down the coast and close to some of the best beaches. This was a welcoming change after a few weeks on a cruise where we had a whole apartment to ourselves. It has all of the amenities needed and then some. Everything was perfect for a relaxing Maui vacation where you can feel like you are at home.

Great condo in Napili, Maui

Condo was great and as described. Very quiet part of complex, easy parking near condo, clean, with a very comfortable bed and couch. Close to everything in NW Maui. Great hosts with clear instructions.
