This property is not apartment zoned, so unexpected cancellations due to the county potentially cancelling short term rental permits is not an issue with this property. Nestled on Kaelekii Point overlooking Honokeana Bay on West Maui, this clean, modern, and spacious one bedroom, one bath condo showcases vast ocean views and year-round sunsets from the kitchen, living room and lanai. The bathroom features a dual vanity, and the shower has been tastefully updated with porcelain and stone tile. The spacious bedroom offers abundant storage and comfortably accommodates a king-sized bed with enough space to set up a travel crib if needed. There is ample closet and storage space to accommodate all guests. The queen sofa sleeper offers a comfortable, 4" memory foam mattress and the bedroom and bathroom can be closed off from the living room area, providing privacy and quiet for all.
This ground level unit includes a spacious lanai that opens to soft green grass. The Oceanview lanai and green space are ideal for relaxing in the afterglow of stunning sunsets or for stargazing and watching the moonrise. Views of Molokai and Lanai are the backdrop for passing whales.
Enjoy some of the best snorkeling on Maui, just out the door in stunning Honokeana Bay. The Napili Point community hosts two ocean-front pools and 3 dining and BBQ areas are located throughout the lush tropical grounds. This condo is perfectly positioned between Napili Bay and Honokeana Bay. Napili Bay is known to be one of the most beautiful bays in the world and its soft sandy shores are just a leisurely stroll away. The magnificent bay is the perfect spot for a beach day for visitors of all ages, offering a smooth, sandy entry into the ocean.
The world-famous Gazebo restaurant is right next door. There is a trail that you can walk from Napili Point to the Gazebo or to Napili Bay. Kitchen 5315 is a fun tiki bar also next door. Enjoy amazing coffees, pastries, breakfast burritos, acai bowls, smoothies, and sandwiches from Island Vibes Cafe just down the road. The Napili Farmers Market is close by and offers incredible food and local artisans.

The location of this property was excellent! We were able to see the sea turtles in the bay and whales while sitting on the lanai. The condo was exceptionally clean and well stocked for your cooking needs. The pool is steps away, however, we were there during the Kona storm so did not get to use it as much as we hoped. The communication with the host was easy and our questions were always answered promptly. We appreciate that she checked in to see how we were doing during the storm. We would definitely like to return! You will not be disappointed with this property.

Great spot!

My wife and I always stay in Napili Point for part of our stay. We’ve stayed in many units. This is now one of our favorites! Lovely remodel, comfortable bed great view.

Lovely oceanfront quiet condo

Nicely furnished one bedroom at Napoli Point. The condo looks out towards the island of Lanai and is next to a great snorkeling bay that usually has a few sea turtles at any one time. Carolyn was an excellent host - everything was organized and seamless.

Excellent stay

Very nice property. Well stocked unit. Beautiful view and so handy to be able to snorkel right out front of unit. Was able to watch sunset and whales right there! Bring binoculars! Close to costal trail for walking which was so enjoyable. Host was very quick and responsive to our needs. Would recommend!

The turtle home

This is a great unit. Nicely decorated with beach/surf details. Comfortable big bed in the master bedroom and big sleeper couch. We enjoyed the sunsets on the porch and jumping right in the bay to snorkel with all the turtles that are there. Napili beach is just a quick stroll around the corner. Would recommend and stay again!

Turtle heaven

Overall very happy with our stay. Property is in a great location. Turtle Bay is right below you with great beaches and walking areas at your fingertips. Condo is nice needs a little updating but overall a comfortable property. If you happen to have a young family above you there is no sound barrier is extremely loud.

The best snorkling ever right outside your doorstep

We have been to Maui 6-7X yet never have stayed here in this amazing cove where so many turtles are just hanging around. The morning when the tide is low is the best time to get into the water and swim with these gentle giants! The lanai is perfect for morning coffee/ afternoon reading with the palm trees/sound of the ocean right there. The kitchen is really great- fully stocked pots/pans for meals here which is nice to not have to go out for each meal. Great knives, pans - a great kitchen. Smart TV was perfect for tuning into the Olympic Track Trials. This location is great for walking to Kapalua- around the golf course, up Pineapple Hill and stopping at the store for coffee on the way back! Visist the coffee shop by Napili Market- great coffee and locally made. We reallyl loved this location- it was a great getaway!

Paradise Found

Our stay at Carolyn’s gorgeous ocean front property was nothing short of incredible. The communication with our host was rapid, efficient and incredibly helpful. Her suggestions for local spots added more depth and flavor to our stay and her responsiveness to questions was so incredibly appreciated. The property itself was perfect for our family. The views were unbeatable and the condo was beautifully decorated, extremely clean, comfortable and well-appointed. Several other groups who were vacationing at Nāpili Point walked by and commented about how lovely our unit was. Its proximity to Napili Bay beach, local coffee shops, restaurants, the grocery store and farmer’s market made it a very convenient spot while still providing the tranquility that we were searching for. Needless to say, our family is anxiously awaiting our next trip to Maui and we will definitely be planning around the availability of this unit. We wouldn’t change a thing! We can’t wait to come back. Thank you Carolyn for making our trip so special.
