Don't hesitate to book this one; it is close to beach, wonderful eats and experiences. When you are tired of the sand, relax in their beautiful landscaped backyard and pool. LOCATION! LOCATION! LOCATION! Recently renovated! A studio guest apartment with your own private entrance, personal outdoor seating area & your own full kitchen & bath- only 1 mile from the beach, 5th Ave dining and shops, the mall, the zoo, beautiful Baker Park, and that's not all- Only steps away are local restaurants and coffee shops! Did we mention there's also a semi-private pool? Or that you can sing along to your favorite tunes in the shower via a Bluetooth shower speaker? This home is 325 square feet of cuteness! The studio is clean, and between guest stays, we take extra care when cleaning and disinfecting our home... including vacuuming the mattress between guests! You can have all of this at our home in the happiest, healthiest city in the USA!

The pool, hot tub, and back yard were very nice and relaxing. The studio was clean, neat, and the hosts provided everything we needed. I especially appreciated how private everything was. Bruce and Patti were wonderful hosts.

My stay at the cottage was nothing less than wonderful. I was greeted by Patti and Bruce when I arrived, given a tour and a welcome gift, as well as tips, recommendations, and assurance that I could contact them with any questions or concerns. The property is clean, well kept, and beautiful. It’s a perfect size for 1 or 2 people. I went alone looking for peace, solitude, and time for myself to read a good book in a beautiful and relaxing place. The cottage was just what I needed. The beach is a short distance away and is beautiful with a great view of the sunset. The pool is amazing and warm. The plantings and decor in the yard are gorgeous and, along with the sound of the waterfall and the gentle breeze in the trees I felt like I was in the garden of Eden. I only wish I as there a little longer as it was a wonderfully pleasant and relaxing vacation. Thanks again Patti and Bruce! Hope to visit again soon.

Bruce and Patti are exceptional hosts. We had a wonderful time at their property. Bruce and Patti were available when needed but not obtrusive, which afforded privacy.Their landscaping provided privacy and a peaceful Zen experience. At the end of the trip, they were friends, not hosts.

The hosts are amazing and friendly people who will do anything to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. Parking is very simple, parking directly in front of the studio. You have acess to the pool and hot tub, along without the outdoor seating. It was great sitting out there in the morning and evening having breakfast and dinner. The kitchen has everything you need, though is a little small to move around in and limited bench space for dishes to dry without a dishwasher. The shower has great pressure and temperature. The bed was a little uncomfortable after a few nights and could have a little more cushioning. Would be amazing if there was the ability to do laundry. It is also a very short drive to local places to eat and the beach. Overall, a really nice place to stay,

Unit has high ceilings and a king size bed, the unit is bigger than a studio. Inside was obviously new and very nicely decorated. Water pressure in the shower is great! Full size refrigerator is important! Patti is obviously one of the cleanest hosts I have ever met. Bruce is a Personal Gardner and the outside is exquisite! Swimming pool, water fountain and a screened in porch. Get an early start to get a parking spot and visit numerous close by beaches! Pattiand Bruce have beach chairs and towels for your use. You are about 1 mile from Tin City for Riverside Dining and Souvenir shopping! 30 minute drive from the Everglades where you can take an Air Boat ride thru the mangroves, take a large pontoon boat and see the dolphins and book a rockery tour. Our favorite dining option is the Fish House with live music in the Isle of Capri. Excellent Italian dinner at Bellini restaurant nearby.

Cozy studio was very clean and comfortable although a bit small. Decor very nice. Enjoyed the patio area and amazing backyard landscape and pool. Located in Lake Park neighborhood about 1.5 miles from beautiful Lowdermilk Beach and close to retail and restaurants. Hosts were friendly and accommodating.

The owners were so welcoming and the studio was very accommodating with attention to little details that made our stay so special. Their pool and yard is absolutely beautiful! HIGHLY recommend!!

We stayed at this VRBO for 5 nights for our honeymoon and it was absolutely amazing! The cutest little studio with everything you need for a great vacation. Bruce and Patti made our stay feel so special. Patti always responded to any messages within 20 minutes and answered any questions we had. When we got there she gave us a quick tour of the studio and the backyard. Bruce is a gardener and he has truly made their backyard feel like a personal tropical paradise! Even just hanging out in the backyard is so fun (pool, hot tub)! When we went to the beach it was so great to take their beach supplies, bikes, and cooler bag along with us.A few recommendations we have:Food: Lake Park Diner (a short 5 minute walk), The Dock, Turco TacoExcursion: Cool Beans Catamaran (Stopped at an island to go shelling and swimming!)Beach: Lowdermilk Beach (a concession stand)Below are some pictures we took of our recommendations

Amazing getaway gem!

The owners communicated very well, welcomed us with chocolate, gave us fabulous advice for everything we asked about! The pool was heated and the hot tub was warmer. They had bikes with helmets to use to ride to the Naples Beach which is gorgeous! We would definitely recommend this to anyone with two people. We would stay again!

AMAZING!!!

All around perfect for us!

We had two very nice weeks with Patti and Bruce! The apartment is small, but equipped with everything you need. It is very clean, lovingly designed and the bed is very comfortable. Patti and Bruce made us feel very welcome and were always very, very helpful. The garden with the pool could also be used, everything here is also beautifully designed, with attention to detail. We really enjoyed ourselves and can highly recommend the apartment. Dear Patti and Bruce, thank you again for everything, we really had a wonderful time! Absolutely Wonderful!

This is a beautiful guest house in a great location. The hosts are extremely helpful and kind. I would highly recommend this place as a 10 out of 10 One of the most beautiful landscaping I have ever seen.
