The location was perfect for our needs. Somewhat redone (flooring and bathroom and counters). Beds could be replaced but otherwise it worked for us.

Great location
It was convenient to the beach without being right on the beach prices plus there was a nice pool. Looks like they are still doing renovations but unit was in reasonable shape. Loved having a screened in porch.

Wish it was better
Overall not a great unit. The tiny bugs in kitchen and master bathroom really turned me off. There were no beach towels or any beach "things" provided which being in Florida you would think they would provide. Listing did not specify just listed "Towels" but again you would think they would at least have some beach towels for the pool.
Dishwasher would not work, we sent in a maintenance request on Tuesday, we left the following Tuesday and had never heard from them again after they said they would get someone there as soon as they could. Several little things that could have been better but these are the highlights.
