DESCRIPTION OF PROPERTY: 2500 air-conditioned square feet. More than 3000 square feet when you include the covered portion of the lanai. Close to 4000 square feet when you include the entire pool cage are. This estate home has 3 bedrooms (1 king, 2 queen), 3 full baths, plus an office. Master bedroom features a mattress set that is very high quality. Extremely high ceilings, open floor plan and tray ceilings give you a "wow" when you walk in the giant front doors. Private heated pool and spa in the backyard, with southern facing golf course view. Weber gas barbeque. Property has deeded rights to The Players Club and Spa, a private club with several swimming pools, tennis courts, restaurants and fitness equipment. 20 minutes to downtown Naples or to downtown Marco Island.

This home is I. A beautiful location and it is a dream house to rent. Has all the amenities you would want. Very clean and beautiful outside lanai. Big pool and hot tub with private setting on the golf course. Perfection.

This property was spectacular!!! Very clean, and the homeowner had everything well organized. The pool area was just as nice and comfortable with all the outdoor furniture. I would highly recommend. Thank you for an outstanding stay. Looking forward to staying again.

Lely resort-majors

The owners of our property were so accommodating and responsive to any questions we had. The house was beautifully furnished The office was perfect for my husband to continue working .My only comment would be there are no beach chairs but there are two great bikes if you need them —that works great going to the players club which was a wonderful experience. Everyone we met neighbors at the players club and Sam Snead‘s couldn’t be nicer. The pool aerobics classes were a wonderful plus. The restaurants at the players club made it easy to catch a bite to eat and drink if you didn’t want to drive outside of the resort. My only other comment would be the lighting in the Second and third bedroom could use improvement. Also there are no TVs in any bedroom but the TV and the couch in the living room was very comfortable.Consider trying happy hour at bistro 821 on 5th Ave. from 4 to 6!

Great place to work from home

We spent the month of Feb on a "workation" at Nina's house in Naples. Beautiful landscaped neighborhood, large pool and awesome lanai with good privacy. Everything was as advertised. The house actually feels much larger than the pictures due to the very high ceilings. Convenient location to Marco for day trips/sunset. If you stay here, don't miss the South Naples Citrus Grove. It's basically a permanent farmers market store specializing in local fresh produce. We were lucky to be there during honeybell season - fresh OJ every morning. The included Player's club is very nice. Parking in the garage is great. Walking/jogging/biking friendly neighborhood. The golf course in the backyard is open to the public. No issue at all getting deliveries from grubhub, amazon, etc. Try the Palumbo's Sunday Gravy if you can.
