First time in Naples
I stayed in this condo for 3 months Jan â March. It was a very comfortable, spacious two bedroom condo with a nice screened in lanai with a view of a pond with a fountain. The condo has two spacious bedrooms with plenty of storage in both bedrooms. There is a walk in closet attached to both bedrooms stocked with plenty of hangers. The condo kitchen was fully equipped and I cooked my meals on most days. The condo is also stocked with beach stuff like chairs, beach toys, etc. though I did not use it.
The condo is located in a gated community with nice grounds. There is a beautiful, heated pool at 82 degrees or above. I was able to swim laps in the pool starting right after I moved in in January. Even though the location is in a busy area, it is very quiet in the property. Everything you would want like grocery store, COSTCO, Walmart and restaurants are within 10-15 minutes. Beaches are withing 20 minutes and public golf courses within 30-40 minutes. Marco Island is within 40 minutes.
Communication with the owner during the entire renting process and stay went smoothly. Debra was prompt in responding to any requests, though nothing really went wrong during my stay requiring her intervention. Check in and check out was smooth and painless.
The only negative was that the condo contains property belonging to the owners. As a single guest, this did not cause much of a problem. I just moved stuff around to make room for me. But a larger group may find it a little inconvenient.
