We should have been informed that screendoor on lanai was intentionally locked, not to be opened until scheduled power washing and painting was happening during our stay! I would have selected a different place had I known we'd have to deal with that! We agreed to remove furniture from the lanai, agreed to let potential buyers come during our stay, why were they scheduled when unit was ours for 10 days!

The condo is located within the World Tennis Club which comes with the availability of a pool, pickleball and tennis courts, basketball goal - very nice gated community with good retail and restaurant opportunities within a short driving distance. Very walkable in the resort. Beaches are about 15 minutes away. The condo was clean, had a nice direct view to the lake from the condo. Checking in worked well, and the owner responded quickly to my few questions. The kitchen was stocked well enough, although we have been to other places that had newer cooking ware, but we were able to cook meals with no problems. Beach chairs and umbrella were available for use. The couch was not the most comfortable. Good TB with no problems with streaming, watching network TV
