Enjoy stunning sunset views and immerse yourself in the breathtaking scenery from the spacious deck. A gently sloping lawn from the house to waterfront offers ample space for outdoor games. The beautifully landscaped areas incorporate rocks and small boulders, while the woods on either side provide ample privacy and serenity from the neighbors. The property also features a stone retaining wall that provides easy lake access. Step off one side to find a sandy gradual entry lake bottom or enter off the dock. The dock can hold up to a 20' boat, while the mooring can accommodate a 24' boat for those looking to explore the 40+ miles of boatable waterway on Long Lake, Brandy Pond, and Sebago Lake via the Songo River. Boat rentals, water gear, and other recreational activities can be found in Naples, which is just a short drive away.
