COMMON FAQ:
Q: How far to the beach?
A: ~20 minute walk / 5 minute bike ride / 3 minute drive to Clam Pass Beach is the closest beach accessible by car.

Q: What do I need to bring with me to the beach?
A: Just bring your bathing suit and sunscreen and you're ready to go! Chairs, umbrella, beach blanket, beach cooler w/ ice packs, and beach toys for the little ones are all provided. Our unit is fully-stocked (see pictures).

Q: How large is the apartment?
A: 864 sq. feet with 2 Bedrooms, 2 Full Bathrooms & Private Screened Lanai

Q: Is there traffic noise from Tamiami Trail/US-41?
A: Nope! The apartment is located on the western end of Park Shore Resort away from the highway. The only noise you will hear are the trickling water fountains in the lake which can be heard from the screened lanai.
