Our airy open-concept house with 4 bedrooms, living/dining space with soaring 13-foot vaulted ceilings, and high ceilings throughout the rest of the house will give you the beach feeling you deserve on your vacation. The newly built house has been designed and planned by us to make sure that you will feel comfortable all the time. In addition the house has all the modern amenities you expect on your vacation like 3 flat screen TVs, high-speed internet, chef's kitchen, free standing tub and more.

Our beach house is just 15 walking minutes away from the beach (Vanderbilt/Wiggins Pass Beach).

The open-concept living area of our house includes the living room, dining area and open kitchen with a large island and a big slider door leading outside onto the covered patio and our heated pool. You will find the whole house very airy and modern in a very comfortable way.

For your convenience you will find a large sectional sofa with comfy chairs, a huge 55’ Smart TV (HBO included) and a Bose radio in the living area.

The dining area features a large dining table in front of a large window and the fully equipped brand new gourmet kitchen has granite counter tops, an island with designer bar stools and stainless steel appliances, including a fridge with filtered water and ice dispenser.

All bedrooms, including the huge king bed in the master bedroom, offer high quality mattresses and blackout curtains to let you sleep heavenly.

The house provides 3 full bathrooms. The master bathroom features double vanities, a free standing bathtub, a luxurious walk-in shower with a rain shower head and a separate room for the toilet. The 2nd and 3rd bathroom each have large showers.

Additionally, the house is equipped with the newest amenities you desire for a great vacation like high speed Internet/WiFi, USB ports for your electrical toys and 2 more smart TVs.

The screened outdoor patio with heated pool is a true oasis and features recliners, a comfortable covered seating area, a large dining table, and is complemented by a brand new professional gas grill by KitchenAid.

Please note that we do not allow any person who is not part of your booked group on property unless prior approval by the owner.

Since our house is located in a quiet, residential neighborhood we do not allow any party at our house and no loud noises/music after 10pm.

We enjoyed our stay and felt the property was updated and comfortable. We purchased a Keuring b/c we needed only cup of coffee and a crockpot b/c that is something we used often at home. Kitchen was stocked with everything else we needed. Location was convenient. The owners were responsive when we had questions.

Lovely relaxing stay!

We are a retired couple and found this property perfect for our needs! It is clean, which is most important to me and had very comfortable beds. The home has enough of everything, from kitchen supplies to towels. We cook our meals and the kitchen was very well appointed with tools and pans. The plates are ceramic, so we bought some paper ones to use in the nice outside seating area. There is a coffee maker and a small keurig type machine also. We loved the ability to park in the garage (as so many other rentals use it as laundry and storage). We had plenty of room for our Honda min van. The pool is a nice size and is kept at 82Âș. Just a touch cool, but easy to get used to, and perfect on the 84Âș days we had! The back yard was usually very quiet in February. The location is about 5 minutes drive to Delnor Wiggins state park, and about a 15 minute walk. There are a few beach umbrellas, chairs, etc in the garage, and it was nice to not have to bring ours. Groceries and shopping are very close also in the Mercato Shopping area. There also is a Costco, Culvers and Aldi near each other, along with more shopping, that is about 15 minute drive. The owners were very responsive to any questions we had, and nice and easy to communicate with.We love the Naples Park location, and will return to this really nice rental.

Pros and cons

The property is cozy and has many accessories that make your stay more enjoyable. Read the rules of the house carefully, and make sure you comply with them as it is there, you could not even receive extra visits plus 6 adults and 2 children is not allowed, The beds and pillows in general were a little uncomfortable but the rooms are spacious. The master bathroom shower every time you bathed you saw how the water came out all over the floor wetting the bathroom but thank goodness we had extra towels. The nearest beach is 5 minutes away driving although the parking lot was always full, but you have other options about 5 minutes away more. The house is so close to supermarkets and gas stations. The kids have a lot of toys for the beach, pool and inside the house. The neighborhood is nice, very quiet and familiar.

PERFECT GETAWAY - HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Our family of 6 adults & 2 toddlers loved this house. The layout and amenities are perfect. This is a high-end beautiful house close to all Naples has to offer. Having 3 beautiful new full bathrooms is a great advantage. The pool, lanai and outdoor areas provide a lot of space to be outdoors. The hosts have thought of everything you could possibly need from toys to beach towels to great appliances. All of the beds are comfortable. Everything for the beach is in the spacious garage. We will definitely be back as often as possible!! Highly recommend!!

What an amazing place

Can’t say enough about this amazing property. Very clean and spacious. The pool hit the spot during those extremely hot lazy days. The kids loved having their own “kids bedroom”. Overall an incredible vacation. The Butler’s were a pleasure to deal with from the day we booked to the day we left. We will definitely book this place again next time.

Great house!

The house was great! Very clean. The screened in pool and outdoor area were great for hanging out during the day and at night. It’s a perfect house for a family as they provide plenty of beach toys, chairs and 2 umbrellas. We had 3 small kids with us so we didn’t attempt to walk to the beach but it’s only a 4 minute drive with $10/daily parking where you can come and go as you please. Highly recommend this property!

From the moment we stepped into this home we felt we were in our own private home. Perfectly clean and had a wonderful welcome basket waiting. Included was all the information we needed for our stay. Wir (2 Familien) hatten eine wunderschöne Auszeit in Naples und ĂŒberlegen bereits jetzt im nĂ€chsten Jahr wieder zu kommen. Wir lieben den modernen Stil des Hauses, was alles bietet was man fĂŒr eine wunderschöne, ruhige Auszeit braucht - auch mit Kindern â˜ș(7, 5, 3 Jahre & 7 Monate). Die Kinder waren fast jeden Tag 2mal im Pool, wenn wir nicht gerade einen Strandtag eingelegt haben. Mit Kinderwagen ist man in 20min vorne am Strand und der Rest der Familie kann mit der StatePark Karte kostenlos bis fast an den Strand fahren - besser geht es nicht! Der Strand / Sand / Wasser hat eine super QualitĂ€t und ist gerade fĂŒr Kleinkinder geeignet. Die Ausstattung bietet alles was man braucht fĂŒr einen Pooltag / Strandtag / Barbecue. Wir kennen viele moderne FerienhĂ€user, aber Villa Simon steht jetzt ganz oben auf unserer Hitliste! Perfect place for our family!

We had such a wonderful time renting this gorgeous little house! We loved it there was three bathrooms and had our own private pool. This place truly had everything our family needed. Wow. We can’t thank you enough for your beautiful home and stay this past week. You have really gone above and beyond to think of all possible needs (extra soap, cleaning supplies, beach toys, umbrella, wagon, beach towels, cooler, all kitchen utensils, TVs for us to log in and use to watch Christmas movies, the toy train and mat was such a hit for our 2.5 year old!) Your place was immaculately clean and felt like home for our Christmas stay. The fence around the pool allowed for us to enjoy using the patio without worrying about any of our 2 kids falling in as well. You were incredibly helpful even before our trip even started with answering questions too. The beds and comforters were so comfy and made for a great nights rest. The access to the garage with garage door opener and the front door code with automatic lock was convenient and helpful when coming in and out. The room with the pull out bed was so helpful and especially with each room having their own bathroom near by. The location was perfect and we enjoyed several walks to the beach. Thank you for the wonderful accommodations and hospitality!!!!

Beautiful home

Absolutely loved this home! It was perfect for our family. A room right next to where we slept for our son, and a room on the other side of the house for my sister and her significant other. The hosts were so accommodating and made our stay so much easier. Thanks so much for everything!!

Beautiful property

My family and I really enjoyed this lovely, well appointed home. It was equipped with everything you need in the kitchen. Fun pool rafts and beach chairs for the whole family. The house was immaculate and airy. It was a true pleasure staying here. 😊

Nice & simple vacay

Who wants to stay in a cramped hotel room when you can have a four bedroom/ 3 bath home, with a private pool just a mile from the beach? This is a great place. Honestly, we felt so at home that we were sad to leave. That’s how comfy and cozy this place is. The owners did a great job with the place. All the amenities of home.

Wonderful stay in Naples FL!

The home was wonderful. It's been renovated recently or has been very well taken care of since the work was completed. It was immaculate and well appointed. We enjoyed our stay and were very impressed with the property. We will likely stay there again next year! Thank you Christina and Falko!
