Nestled in Mainsail 1 on beautiful Marco Shores. This newly remodeled 1st floor condo offers the perfect retreat for our guests. Enjoy your morning coffee on the private screened lanai overlooking a beautiful waterway while watching the sunrise or an evening sunset. The property has two pools one is enclosed in a pool cage and the other is open with a large sundeck. Both are available to renters. Two tennis courts that are converted into 4 pickleball courts, on a rotating basis, for your enjoyment. All new appliances throughout and with full size washer and dryer that are located in an enclosed space on the lanai. Includes all utilities and wireless WiFi. Very quiet and peaceful location with public access beaches, shopping and many delightful restaurants just 2 miles over the bridge on Marco Island, Downtown Naples is a 20-minute drive. Designated parking spot with guest parking also available. Public driving range 2 miles away.
