****In late Nov., 2022, Park Shore Resort unexpectedly began a construction project expecting to extend through late
April 2024. This project entails removal of lanai planter box structures, lanai flooring, & lanai screen/structure.****

***Construction on Building J/unit#156 is anticipated to be complete by late April 2024. A discount of 25% off the base rental rate is being offered during construction period based on no guest access to the lanai.***

Cleaning and disinfecting our properties are highest priority and we are following all CDC guidelines

Park Shore Resorts prime location West of Hwy 41(Tamiami Trail) is within close proximity to restaurants, shopping, & famous downtown Naples. This sought after community is also convenient for walking, biking, or driving to nearby Clam Pass beach.

The resort offers free wifi inside and outside the units and wired access for your computer is also available. In the lobby, you will find 2 computers and printer w/internet access,, racquetball, basketball, pickleball, tennis, shuffleboard, sand volleyball, small fitness center, heated pool, hot tub/spa (currently out of service), and 6 BBQ gas grills throughout the property. The picturesque grounds include walking bridges, ponds, and fountains that create a truly tropical oasis setting

This 1st floor unit provides a gorgeous water view with surrounding tropical garden scenery from the private screened lanai.

The 2 BR/2 BA floor plan offers direct water views from the main living area, as well as from the guest bedroom. Each providing direct access to the private screened lanai via sliding glass doors.

Its brightly lit, fully equipped, kitchen offers all of the amenities of home.

The spacious living & dining area provides plenty of comfortable seating with a sofa/chaise lounge & 4 chair dining table. Split bedroom floor plan provides guest BR (twin beds) w/closet & direct access to screened lanai. Guest bath can be accessed from hallway just off the entry area.

There's also a front loading stackable washer & dryer inside unit.

The property has beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach towels & cooler.

Condo was great, resort was a little disappointing
First, let me start with the condo was great. Clean and appears to have recently been remodeled or updated. The noise from the lanai construction was a lot at 8am and we missed the ability to use the lanai but we weren't really in the condo very much anyway so it worked out fine. Tammy was helpful and friendly- thank you! However, the resort was a little disappointing. If you're traveling with teenagers, this may not be the place to be. We have two teenage boys who are active guys who can't spend all day sitting at the pool or staring at the ocean so I was looking for a resort that had onsite activities. I was excited that Park Shore had tennis, pickleball, basketball and beach volleyball! Unfortunately, the beach volleyball court was not in great shape and looked like it had been converted into a sandbox for little kids. The basketball court was just one basket and just ok but was pretty much dominated by a group of 8-10 year olds all week. The gym had some treadmills, bikes, elipticals but free-weights only went to ten pounds so we had to find an off-site gym. (Pickleball and tennis courts were great and we were welcomed by residents and other renters to some friendly games.) The location was nice, easy walking distance to restaurants and grocery store. Beaches were an easy drive though get there early as parking is hard to find! Altogether, a good trip. Just wish the resort had been a little more kid-friendly.

It was fine without having a lanai. We were refunded $$ because of it. The outlets in both bathrooms did not work for my hair dryer or the one provided. GFS are available for purchase & are easy to install.

Unfortunate noise level
The location of the property allows easy access to the beach and downtown Naples. It was clean, nicely furnished, well stocked kitchen and nice pool area. There was a good collection of handy items for the beach - towels, chairs, cooler and an umbrella (I think). The listing included a disclosure about the construction activity with a promise to refund 25% (of the daily rental rate plus taxes but not fees) if the lanai was not available for use and the property managers promptly made good on this promise upon checkout. Unfortunately, the construction activity included jackhammering which was taking place above and very close to the unit. We were awakened at 8:20 on Friday and Saturday mornings and the noise was so loud, it rendered the unit unusable during the contractor's hours. The construction activity impacted the pool experience as the noise was pervasive and the scaffolding that erected around almost the entire 'interior' side of the building was deeply unattractive.

Loved the pool and Hogfish Harry’s! The condo was clean and relaxing. Best part for me was the big shower head in the master bathroom!! I can’t stand a tiny shower head with dripping water. Condo manager, Tammy, was quick to respond and super nice!

Excellent well appointed condo with great access to everything
I loved this condo, and will definitely be coming back. I spent the first weekend of my stay with my adult daughters who shared the guest bedroom. I then stayed the rest of the week on my own and used it as my 'remote office'. It was a great fit for both. When my daughters were there, we had quick and easy access to all that Naples has to offer. The beach is very close. The front desk gave us pointers as to how to find parking. The beach is walkable, but if you're going to spend the day and bring chairs etc., that's a lot to carry so we drove instead. We also utilized the resort pool which was spacious. Finding chairs was never a problem. It would be nice to have pool side service for food and beverages, but we managed just fine. The grounds are lovely! From the birds to the unique looking ducks to the turtles in the pond. Everything was very well maintained and we took a lot of pictures. There are plenty of great restaurants very close buy, even without going into downtown Naples. Try the Bevy or the Continental or Bayside Seafood Grill! As a remote work spot, I loved the patio space and enjoyed just working at the table with the doors open to the breeze. The Wi-Fi was great, and even when on Teams calls, there was never an issue. I even took advantage of the printer a couple of times in the lobby. I gave up my rental car during this time and could walk to Publix for groceries in literally 3 minutes for anything I needed. There is also a Walgreens in the same shopping center. So convenient. I did have an issue with the sliding glass door shortly after arriving. Something broke and I couldn't get the door to close all the way. Tammy responded to my texts quickly, and dispatched the handyman. He fixed the problem same day, so no issue there at all. The unit has everything needed including some supplies I didn't expect like coffee filters, paper plates, paper towels, foil, salt & pepper - the kinds of things that you hate to buy when only staying for a relatively short time. There was plenty of silverware, glassware, knives, and other kitchen utensils. The refrigerator, oven, and microwave appeared to be brand new. If I could share one feedback item, it would be to ensure that the area rugs are cleaned. Several had some unsightly stains which took away from an otherwise well decorated, well appointed, clean unit. All in all, it was a great unit, great resort area, and a great experience!

Perfect Getaway!
Absolutely perfect getaway! The apartment was ideal for our needs! The location was very convenient to beaches, shopping, and restaurants. The apartment itself had all the comforts of home (well stocked kitchen, beach chairs and towels, etc.). The resort amenities were abundant, well-kept and the staff was very nice! The host responded very quickly to any questions that we had and made check-in and check-out simple. Wouldn’t change a thing.
