This beautiful first floor luxury end unit in Carlton Lakes is newly updated in 2025 with all new furnishings, including top-of-the-line mattresses, pillows, and linens. The freshly painted unit is light and airy with lots of natural sunlight and a beautiful view of the lake. It boasts two outdoor seating areas with a screened-in lanai on the lake and a courtyard off the kitchen for maximum outdoor enjoyment and relaxation. A deck box is provided for you in the courtyard with new beach chairs, an umbrella, and a beach cart. Bicycles are also available for your recreation.

The kitchen is perfectly equipped with a new oven, microwave, dishwasher, Keurig coffee maker, regular coffee maker, hot water kettle, Breville toaster, Ninja blender, and many more small appliances, as well as all new dishes, cutlery, glassware, pots, and pans to make your stay comfortable and relaxing.

The primary bedroom has a king bed, large walk-in closet with plenty of space for your entire wardrobe, and a newly finished en suite bathroom with a brand new oversized tiled, walk-in glass shower and double vanity.

The secondary bedroom has a queen bed, a large closet, and an adjacent bathroom with a glass-door shower.

The third bedroom is set up as a den/office with a queen-size Koala fold-out sleeper sofa. The space is perfect for guests and or working from home with high-speed Internet, Wi-Fi, and an HP printer.

The open living space is complete with an expandable dining room table that seats up to eight people, a new Smart TV, and two leather swivel power recliners.

This warm and welcoming unit is spotless, quiet, and serene in the gated community of Carlton Lakes located near the corner of Livingston Road and Immokalee Road. It is a short walk to Oaks Farms Seed to Table, which features a grocery store like you've never seen before.
