Great location with comfortable beds.....

Overall the house was okay. For the price I would have expected better. Right off the bat the front door handle broke and we had to fix it. We also had to go buy light bulbs for one of the rooms. It is an older house, not all the outlets worked, and the house never really cooled off. I slept on the couch because the master bedroom was too hot. The shower drain had hair in it (surely not the owners fault) and also, there is no bathroom door. As a woman in a family of all males, that information would have been nice to have beforehand. To say the trash was over flowing would be an understatement. There were bags in the can and on the ground. It could be the person before us didn't know when to take the trash out as there are conflicting dates on the paperwork. The septic system must have been full as well because every time we ran the showers the toilets started bubbling over and one of the showers had water coming up out of the drain. We wanted to use the golf course but could never get anyone over there to answer the phone. I knew the owner was out of the country so I never mentioned any of this to her, we just dealt with it. The beds were all comfortable, as was the couch, and the house is in a great location. The house has everything you need, plenty of towels and pillows. There were beach chairs in the garage so that was nice. I believe they are doing some work on the house so surely some of this has been taken care of. We enjoyed our stay, just had a few issues!

Girls Getaway

Over the property was amazing! The owner was very quick to respond!! I had to contact her twice, one of which was my fault, because I didn’t see where the lockbox was located, and she told me exactly where it was! I overlooked it!! The second time I had to contact her was because the pool company hadn’t come out to clean the pool the week prior, which was not the owner’s fault, but it did put a damper on the trip. She was out of the country, and immediately responded to my questions, and got in touch with the Poole company. We had a great time, and would definitely visit again!

PERFECT

My family and I were so happy to stay in this beautiful residence. We enjoyed a short ride to the beach every morning. We loved having lunch and dinner at Jimmy P's or Campiellos (to name a few). The kids loved the pool and I enjoyed the tranquility that the house has. The home is so peaceful and was such a joy. Thank you!

I could not have been happier at this property. The house was a perfect layout, decorated beautifully and just so relaxing. The patio and pool on the golf course was the best, relaxing view. The location to the beach and downtown Naples was also perfect. I really loved staying at this property and hope to revisit in the future. Susi made the stay so easy.

Excellent location

Charming, spacious home in an exclusive and safe neighborhood. The house has been redone on the inside. It is tastefully decorated with a mixture of modern and interesting old items like an antique typewriter, ceiling light fixture with multi-colored glass beads etc. The kids loved the pass through window from the kitchen to the pool area since they could "order" food from the window. Seems like more updating is in the works for this beautiful home. The master bathroom, though marble and lovely, could use an update. The beds were comfortable and bedsheets supersoft. Beach umbrellas and chairs would be good. Totally enjoyed our stay.

Best time in Naples!

We stayed here for my bachelorette weekend, a group of 7 girls. At first we were worried we would not have enough space, but we had plenty of room! Susanne was an excellent host, I had told her prior to check in that we would potentially need an air mattress. She had it ready for us upon check-in, but the rooms were big enough that we did not need it. Very easy to communicate with, check in process was very simple. Her home is so beautiful with new appliances, spacious rooms, and large bathrooms (which was appreciated with a group of 7 girls). The location is great, close to plenty of activities. Her home and pool are so nice we never wanted to leave. This was my first time using VRBO and I would absolutely use it again just to rent her home! Thank you so much Susanne, I am so glad we choose your house!

FABULOUS HOUSE & HOST

From the moment we confirmed our reservation Suzi made us feel right at home. Her home is welcoming, spacious and relaxing. The pool over looks a golf course which adds another layer of beauty. Suzi thought of everything when preparing this home - sheets, towels, beach chairs etc

Beautiful house, close to beach, Best rental property in Naples, The Moorings, you won’t regret it.

We have rented several properties here in Naples none like this one. The house is super big and very nice each bedroom has its own bathroom, the kitchen has view to the pool, lots of doors and big windows for light, the pool view is beautiful (golf field behind and lots of tress and palms trees). The beach is at walking distance in (car is like 3 to 5 min). We loved it since we set foot, and the communication with the property owner was unbelievable amazing. She made sure everything was working and functioning properly. I have no complaints other than the fact that we have had an amazing vacation for Mother’s Day. Will be back again for sure.
