Staff didn't know how to process an online booking via Wotif. A supervisor then worked it out and assured me it would be taken care of. On arriving home, I discovered they had attempted to charge me for the stay again on the card number I left for the room security deposit!

The staff and service provided during check in and check out was friendly and helpful. Cleanliness of the room overall could be improved but nothing too bad. No fresh milk for coffee provided or wifi Parking was very easy and ample Beds were okay but it was quite obvious that the beds were a bit dated as the springs were coming out. We stayed in the executive family room and it was very spacious All in all, it was good.

Check-in is at the front bar of the hotel, and it was a Saturday evening, and they were busy. Other than that check-in was fine. Rooms were small and bathroom (if you can call it that) was even smaller! But that said it was clean, neat and tidy. Would recommend for an overnight stop only!
