This space is designed for couples or family getaways. Private gated property with gardens, a pool, and breathtaking views of the Okanagan Lake will leave you feeling relaxed and energized. Heated pool available for use May - beginning of October. This property is for your exclusive use and there are no shared spaces. Wineries at your doorstep and a short walk to the Kettle Valley Railway Trail.
Adjacent to the Three Blind Mice trails for mountain biking.
Gated private Villa. 6 bedrooms with each bedroom having your own private full bathroom. This is like your own small hotel. The 4 downstairs rooms come out onto the pool deck and each room has its own mini-fridge, coffee bar, bathroom, and sitting area inside and outside your room.
The kitchen is for those who love to cook on high end appliances. Enjoy the Le Corneu gas range that will be sure to please.
The kitchen is fully stocked with all that will be needed to look after your guests.
The dining room and living room are spacious and designed to entertain your family and friends with a large deck and gazebo for sitting or dining.
Look out over the extensive gardens and lake while sipping your wine on the patio and enjoying a dip in the pool.
Ample driveway parking, use of the 2 car garage, which comes directly into the home.
the property is gated and fully fenced for your privacy. Perfect for the active person getaway. Next to the KVR trail (less than 1 km) and a bike ride away from the area's amazing Mice mountain biking trails. Vista's and lookouts are one of a kind.

Fantastic
The property was amazing, the house was well laid out , there was plenty of room for 10 adults, enough glassware, dishes, cutlery etc for everyone. The rooms were very well laid out , the rooms were private with great common rooms .Darcy and Tamara did a great job on getting us started and even let us in early so we could set up the house , they were very accommodating . The pool was a big hit , we went on wine tours, had dinners at the house it was close to all things we had on our bucket list Thank you Darcy and Tamara

Brilliant property and fantastic hosts!
What an amazing vacation! This may be the top property we have stayed at and we have used VRBO extensively. You absolutely will not be disappointed. And rest assured Darcy and Tamara will take care of you. Extremely responsive and make sure you consider biking with them as they also have their cycling company. The property is right beside the KVR! Great weekend, great memories!

Nightmare host, great view: enter at your own risk of exploitation
Aside from the host’s unwillingness to accommodate the realities of road and airport closures as a response to wildfires and rock slides; full trash bins and piles of unused furniture upon arrival; and a scathing departure rental and fine that did not align with expectations as aligned with the house rules - our stay was fine. The view, however, does not negate the treatment as a host. It’s clear they need better, more reasonable management that actually appreciates - rather than exploits - guests. Thankfully my friends and family made my birthday memorable as this host was certainly a drab and I would never rent from her again.

Our family really enjoyed the house and pool. It is set up great for families. The kitchen was fantastic. The yard was beautiful and the views lovely. We asked to get in early because of the smoke from wildfires and the owner accommodated us. We will return!!

Family Reunion FUN!
We had a wonderful reunion at this beautiful property, a full house that enjoyed cooking and eating together. The kitchen is stocked with many essentials and the rooms are comfortable. Reunion
The villa provided a perfect home base for our university friends reunion. It was great to have a bathroom in each bedroom and a fridge in the lower suites came in handy for all the food we brought. The kitchen was well equipped for all of our meals, as we ate in most nights. We enjoyed the pool and deck areas in the hot afternoon sun, the upper deck in the cooler evenings and the 10-12 person dining table for our meals. This is a beautiful home and was perfect for our stay. Highly recommend it along with our hosts Tamara and Darcy who were awesome and always there if we needed them. Thank you!

What a fantastic property in Naramata. Minutes away from so many wineries. The property truly is a like a private resort. Naramata Family Vacation
This property is perfect for a multi-family vacation! We had 4 families and everyone had their own bedroom and ensuite bathroom. The kids loved the pool and the large backyard. The location can't be beat for wine touring and exploring the Kettle Valley Trail. We will definitely come back again for future family reunions!
