This was my third stay and, once again, I thought the hotel provided exactly what I needed i.e. a clean, fresh, quiet room with a comfortable bed and a decent shower. The location is very convenient for access to central Narita. Check in/out was fast, friendly and professional, as one would expect in Japan. All the above at a very reasonable price. I see no reason why I would use a different hotel on my next visit.

The staff was very kind and helpful. The room itself was decently large. The issues I had were that the actual toilet seat didn’t fit the toilet properly (which threw off the bidet), the shower curtain didn’t cover the whole shower (I assume they lost a hoop and attached two parts of the curtain to one loop and it was very short so water was going out), and when I was putting my shoes on in the morning I noticed what honestly appeared to be a blood splatter on the side of the bed. It would’ve been a 5 star stay if everything worked properly and there was no stain.

Close to restaurants and convenience stores. Beds and pillows are comfortable. Free shuttle between the Narita airport and the hotel is limited. They only have morning shuttle from the hotel to the airport. You need to take Keisei-Narita train to get to the hotel from Narita.

Great location in old town. Very helpful staff who give lots of advice. Excellent breakfast. Beds comfortable and rooms quiet and peaceful for good night sleep. Will arrange laundry if you ask and back in a day.
