I stayed here in an emergency where I missed my flight home. There was a kiosk to check in at the hotel, and personnel so it was possible to check in even at a later hour like midnight. The room was small compared to rooms in America, but it was the perfect amount of space for myself and possibly one other person. The bathroom had a bathtub which was a really nice addition, and the hotel is close to two different train lines and a bus stop.

Located close to the train station - walked there with our wheels bags - and easy to get to from Narita Airport. Room was small, but beds were comfortable. It was a good spot to start our vacation, needing sleep after travel, but I would not stay for more than one night. Room was small.

Great hotel for a stay with easy access to Narita airport. Hotel was clean with great amenities. Room was very spacious, with a large, comfortable bed. Staff are lovely, and speak excellent English. They can also recommend local places to eat (including a very useful map). Enjoyed our brief stay here and would definitely recommend this hotel.

It is a good airport hotel. The room was small (we knew), but it was priced reasonable, clean and the staff were very nice. Since we arrived late, we arranged to have the rental wifi delivered to the hotel. The staff already placed them in our room when we arrived. An easy access to the Keisei Narita station and Lawson convenience stores.

Good location for walkable sights in Narita. Hotel needs a refresh. Entryway carpets into hotel room were off putting. Bathroom definitely needed an update. Good location to Narita Kensei station. Check airport shuttle before booking as it’s only one way to Narita airport. Morning hours time slots only to schedule a drop off to the airport. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
