We were unfortunately unable to stay as planned because three members of our group became unwell due to mold in the property. We had to leave the same day without staying overnight, as the severe allergies made it unsafe to remain.

Great weekend stay

The house is just as pictured and was quite clean. Our first night there was very hot, and even the fans could not help us salvage a good night’s sleep. The lower family room got adequately cool with the window unit a/c, but that was about it. The second night was fine.The house is clean, if a little under-furnished. It would be nice to have mirrors in the bedrooms and a little more shelf space in the bathrooms for toiletries. I also wished there were tissues. The furniture is serviceable, but older. The nightstand drawer knob came off in my hand when I tried to open a drawer. Niki is a great communicator and made the rental easy and smooth.

Review

The location is great and the space was good for 2 families of 4. However, I was disappointed with the cleanliness of some of the items, specifically the fridge and the AC units. The outside deck also is older, so we cpuldnt let the kids out there without shoes on (splinters). I spoke to the host about these issues after we returned home and was met with what felt like resistance and denial of the issues. It would have been fair to be refunded the cleaning fee, however now we are being charged for "damages" that were already present wheb we arrived. Overall, the experience was disappointing, but we made the best of it.

Loved the spacious house, quiet neighborhood

Beautiful split-level home, plenty of room for our group of 5. Lack of A/C not really an issue, plenty of fans to move air and at night was chilly w windows open anyway (luxurious for us Houstonians).Host was very responsive; great stay all around, highly recommend.

Great Stay at Spacious House

We were in town for a sailing competition in Newport with 2 other families. We had plenty of room. All bedrooms were large and having 2 gathering spaces plus the outdoor deck meant lots of room for everyone to hang out. Nikki was very quick to respond with any questions we had and the place was immaculate. Plenty of parking in a quiet neighborhood. Kids loved the foosball table and games!

The house was beautiful and as advertised. It was very clean and so spacious. My family of 7 had plenty of room for the long weekend. We loved a few local spots in the area. We recommend Greenhouse, Twin Willows, NY Bagels of RI and Gansett Wraps. The host was very responsive to all my inquiries.

Great house close to the beach

The house has plenty of space to accommodate big groups, we were 4 adults and 4 children and we stayed comfortably. It has been renovated recently and near Narragansett beach and close to shops and restaurants. The area is beautiful and peaceful, really recommend for future guests. The host made everything possible to make our stay memorable.

Great house for a group in Narragansett

The house was as advertised - comfortable rooms, nice kitchen, two nice bathrooms. Plenty of space for our group of 8. Excellent communication with the hosts. The area is great - short walk or drive to plenty of restaurants and coffee shops. Would certainly recommend for any group or family! Other reviews mention the house doesn’t have air conditioning but it seemed like the hosts did their best with some fans in the bedrooms, which we appreciated.

Top notch rental

This property is beautifully updated and extremely spacious. The location was great and only a block from the water! We loved the neighborhood and walking around it and hanging at the beach area. The host was extremely responsive and it was a great overall experience.

Nicole is a superb host and the house is definitely well priced. Bare bones but is a good spot to leave your stuff and go to the beach and explore etc. good location about 10 mins from coast guard house and beaches. I didn’t realize this but the house doesn’t have AC FYI

Great place, great people!

We stayed here for my girlfriends birthday and loved the property! The house was clean and newly renovated. The inside was very spacious with plenty of rooms for everyone. Our interactions with the hosts could not have been better they were very friendly and very responsive hosts. We will definitely stay here again next year.
