Double bed, comfortable, great breakfast, helpful staff. Centre of town. Very close to museum. Only downside was no parking. Street parking free until 07.00 though.

This hotel exceeded our expectations as a bed and breakfast type. After a late-night arrival from the airport around midnight, the seamless check-in process was a huge relief. We were given a code to access the building, and our room keys were waiting for us at the reception desk. The breakfast was truly exceptional - a buffet spread featuring a wide range of healthy options, and if nothing caught your eye, there was a menu to order from. The attention to detail and care in every aspect of service was impressive. Highly recommend!"

There was nobody at the reception, which was actually a good thing! Just the keycard and a personal welcome letter. Only for breakfast did we have brief contact with the receptionist. Smart and safe.

Very nice stay!

it was a nice surprice to enter the hotel. The ordinary building did not give the impression that it contained such a cosy and well decorated hoteĺ. They served a simple but tasty breakfast. Cleanliness was very good considering the pandemic times we are in the midst of. I would definitely recommend staying there.

料金だと思うが部屋からの眺望がよくない。 エレベーターがないので重い荷物を持っての階段はきつい。 スタッフは親切な方もいる。 部屋にある、シャンプーコンディショナーが良かった。 朝食はテーブルが決められていて、席がないなどの不便はなくまた美味しかった。 ホテル階下のレストラン（夕食で利用）も美味しい。

Ved ankomst ble vi umiddelbart tatt imot av resepsjonist. Personalet var veldig hyggelige og hjelpsomme. Det fantes tilbud om å være med på en orientering om ting å gjøre i byen, og vi ble vist til rommet vårt av personale. Rommet var stilrent og moderne. Har ingenting å utsette på renhold. Det var god seng og lystette gardiner, noe som var praktisk ettersom det blir så lyst på nettene om sommeren. Ved frokosten ble vi vist til et bord hvor det var fint dekket på og satt fram noe smått å bite i. I tillegg til frokostbuffeten kunne man bestille en rett fra frokostmenyen uten ekstra kostnad. Maten i seg selv var meget god. Det var et godt utvalg med alt fra vanlige frokostvarer til lokalprodusert mat. Kvaliteten på maten opplevdes som svært god. Servicen ellers under frokost var også veldig god og effektiv. Utsjekk var effektivt og problemfritt. Alt i alt har vi hatt et strålende opphold, dette er absolutt et sted man ønsker å komme tilbake til. Så hyggelig, imøtekommende og smilende personale som her må man lete lenge etter. Anbefaler alle som skal til Narvik å velge dette overnattingsstedet! Håper det ikke blir for lenge til neste gang!:)
