Excellent location

Very nice, spacious house. Great location and very nice 45 minute, scenic walk to the heart of downtown. Our stay consisted of 7 adults for 4 days and although it was a little tight for sleeping the house and it’s accommodations were very comfortable.

A wonderful weekend and great service!

While the neighborhood and area was a bit intimidating, as we drove up. We felt safe our entire stay. The air upstairs went out. I emailed, had a response in minutes and someone was out their fixing it immediately. What wonderful service!

Great for our time in Nashville

As we started driving to the area, I'll be honest, I was a bit concerned with the neighborhood; it isn't a place that I would choose to walk around at night given the types of establishments. However, with the exception of a few firecrackers one night, it was quiet and no disturbances. Given that we knew we were going to be driving every place we went, it was more important that we had a comfortable stay, with the conveniences of a common living area and kitchen. Definitely had all of the items needed in the kitchen, laundry area, and bathrooms. We enjoyed the foosball table and the various streaming services available on the TV. It was way to hot to enjoy much of the backyard, but would be good for others at a different time of year for hanging out. Arrival was easy as only the address and entrance code needed. Communication with owners was easy and they were very responsive. Surprised there were no additional instructions, especially for check-out; however, having rented other properties, we did the normal items of collecting and taking trash out, rounding up the linens/towels and starting the dishwasher. We always try to leave it as clean as we arrived. Suggest a couple of items - suggest checking the thermostat and where the temperature monitor is. I could see why it would freeze the unit if set below 69 degrees; we actually ended up setting it at 78-80 degrees and it was still chilly (won't complain...but, something to look at). The other was the bed frame in the room with the on-suite bathroom. It needs to either be tightened or replaced with something sturdier. It creaked every time anyone rolled over. Not a big deal by myself -but definitely one that would be bothersome for others as the room slept 4. For four adults, it was a very comfortable stay and had everything we needed. Would be a good place for a girls' / guys' weekend where you're not expecting a home to necessarily provide lots of entertainment or games - what you might expect if you had younger kids. Would definitely rent again if we are back in the area. Thank you!

Staying in Nashville

The house is nice for a gathering of friends. Spacious for five, cramped for eight. Two of the three bedrooms have bunk beds - great for families with kids, but might feel dorm-like for adults. Hosts were wonderful to work with and easy to communicate with. The listing was accurate but the location is pretty far from most entertainment options. Definitely not walking distance to Midtown or Broadway, but only a mile and a half to most of Germantown. Overall enjoyed our stay!

The checking process was very efficient, and the communication with the owner was excellent. Needed some cleaning on the guest bathroom upstairs but overall my here stay here was good. I would recommend this property to friends and family.

Nice place, close to downtown.

The place is located close to downtown (Broadway area), not bad pricing for Uber to get there and back. We had a couple of issues when we arrived with getting in the house and the door code, but it was resolved quickly via phone. Other issue included some dirty linens left behind by cleaners. But the house was as expected and accommodated 6 people (3 couples) comfortably. Nice back yard, would have loved a grill! Easy access for traveling and great front door parking.
