Located in the heart of one of Nashville's hottest areas known as "Music Hill". No detail spared in this BRAND NEW 4 bedroom/3.5 bathroom designer home that has been thoughtfully curated for a luxury guest experience. Each Bedroom has a Plush King size bed. Minutes to Downtown Broadway, The Gulch, and walkable to Melrose and Berry Hill attractions, this is an AMAZING LOCATION regardless of what you've come to town for.

This is a three level townhome with rooftop deck. The first level includes the attached garage, kitchen, dining, and living room. On the second level you have the primary bedroom with ensuite bath, laundry room, and another bedroom with ensuite bath. The third level includes the bonus room and rooftop patio with fireplace, as well as two additional bedrooms and a hall bath. All bedrooms have king size beds.

Credit Card Processing Fees are non-refundable.

Guests have access to the entire private home and attached two car garage that can fit two small or mid-size vehicles. One additional dedicated parking space is available behind the home.

Your host is available by message or text throughout your stay.

This home is located on a quiet dead end street minutes from 12 South, Gulch, and Downtown in hot "Music Hill". Melrose is an area in Berry Hill, a small city within a city in Nashville also known as "Music Hill" Walkable to Music Hill attractions, recording studios, restaurants, and escape game. 2 miles to Downtown, Broadway, and The Gulch. Coffee shops, restaurants, and bars close by.

We recommend ride share when visiting downtown as parking can be challenging and expensive.

Perfect condo for short getaway

This beautiful condo served our needs perfectly. It was clean, modern, and had great proximity to everything we wanted to do on our trip. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone who can navigate stairs (I only add this information as I’m conscientious about those traveling with people having mobility issues
 our group had NO mobility issues).

Perfect Nashville weekend

The house was great for 8 people. Beds were comfortable- 4 king beds a living room/bar/TV area off the patio was nice to have. The neighborhood had some hidden gem restaurants without having to go far. We felt safe and had no city noise. Quick Uber rides to 12 South, downtown and the Gulch - check in was super easy. 5 star stay.

Beautiful Home

The home is as pictured. The bedrooms are large and each has a king bed. The beds are squishy memory foam. We contacted the owner for an early check in and they were able to accommodate - we just had to wait until about 24-48 hours before check in to find out because cleaning company had to be on board. We contacted the owner for hangers and they were delivered that night. The towels suck - cheapest dorm room towels from target. I suggested better linens in such a nice home but owner said they need to be replaced too often and it wasn’t worth it economically. They’re awful - bring your own - the one downfall for the property.

Very Nice!

Lovely property that worked out well with 4 couples! Beds were very comfortable with plenty of space to relax & hang out in our downtime. Bathrooms were nice. The only things that would have been nice were more coffee cups, towels & Kleenex. There were 4 coffee cups for a house that sleeps 8, no dish cloths in the kitchen (we found 1 extra to use in the linen closet) and 1 box of Kleenex for a 3 story home with 3.5 bathrooms. Host was fairly quick to respond to questions. Would definitely stay here again!!

So convenient to everything

The house was perfect for our friends trip. It was only a ten minute Uber ride (average cost for 4 was around 8.00/trip) down to Broadway. We loved being able to go downtown during the day and then relaxing on the patio in the evening. Laura was very good about getting back to us when we had a question. I would highly recommend this property and we will definitely be back! I cannot wait!

The house was great and just as described. 10 minutes to downtown. I’m giving 4 stars solely bc the host was not flexible with giving an early check in. We ended up having to pay for an extra night even though the house was vacant anyways, rather than just getting in early on our arrival day. Just know that the check in time is stern.

Nice house!

Very nice house perfect for our family’s Christmas stay. Looks exactly like the pictures and is well located. Only disappointment is no flexibility with checkin/checkout times; even just an hour. 10am is a very early checkout compared to anywhere else we’ve stayed, but the house is well worth staying in even in spite of this. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again when in the area.
