ONE MILE FROM DOWNTOWN BROADWAY! Situated between beautiful Germantown and Downtown Nashville, this lovely 2 Bedroom/ 2 Bath condo is an inexpensive ride-share from Nashville best attractions. The condo is minutes from Nissan Stadium, Bridgestone Arena, Ascend Amphitheater, and The Ryman Auditorium. This is truly a prime location for the Nashville experience.

The Space:
- The Charlesville is located 1 mile from Downtown Lower Broadway, and 9.5 miles from Nashville International Airport (BNA).
- The 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit has 1 queen sized bed in each bedroom as well as a queen sized sleeper sofa in the living room.
- The kitchen is fully outfitted with stove and oven, microwave, regular coffee pot & toaster. We do provide some coffee ground, sugar, and creamer for your use.
- There is a washer and dryer in the condo for your convenience.
- Each unit includes one free parking space in our parking garage.
- There is a nearby active commercial rail line with noise abatement regulations in place.

One parking spot is permitted per rental in the parking garage. 1 Parking pass are provided upon arrival. Only one permit will be provided, there are no additional spots, and there are no exceptions. Please plan accordingly. An elevator is on site, and two stairwells are accessible. Check-in instructions will be provided 2 days prior to your reservation date. An elevator code, and a keyless door entry code will be provided to you through the booking application 2 hours prior to arrival.

Very convenient to downtown restaurants and venues. We went to a concert at Brooklyn Bowl and it was less than a 10 minute walk. Condo is clean. Communication from property management was great/easy.

Great Location -- Except for proximity to the railroad
We recently stayed at this location for the Rock and Roll Marathon event. The location was right next to downtown and less than a 1 mile walk to our starting line on Broadway. It was also super convenient to Germantown with plenty of local restaurants and only a 1.5 mile walk to The Gulch, much along a greenway. The location was perfect for us to arrive, park our car and not need to drive again until we left. The space was well appointed and very clean. The addition of the washer and dryer was helpful for laundering our sweaty race clothes. And if you are traveling with infants or toddlers, the closets in this condo are huge. A perfect place for a pack and play for naps or nighttime. The main drawback of this location is the proximity to the railroad. For condos on this side of the property, you are maybe 25 feet from a very active rail line. This is mentioned in the VRBO description, referencing that the tracks are nearby, and the trains do make noise. Let me just share that the trains make A LOT of noise. Even a sound sleeper will notice the noises, which continue every 20-30 minutes throughout the night. With time, your mind will grow accustomed to the sounds, but for the first several nights, expect fitful sleep as you adjust to the noise. It’s very noticeable and not conducive to good rest before a big event. As for communication with the host, we requested an early check in and received no response to 2 messages. That was disappointing.

The condo was very clean and we had everything we needed. The check-in process was so easy. The beds were very comfortable and there was plenty of space for the 3 of us. Location - was great - close enough to walk to Broadway if we wanted to.

Great stay overall. Lots of pros: The unit was clean, modern, and well equipped. The beds were comfortable. The on-site parking was well lit and convenient. The communication from the host was timely and thorough. We were able to walk to Germantown, Broadway, and Music Row. The WiFi was sufficient for work projects. Very few cons: the elevator didn’t seem to work all of the time (no big deal, we took the stairs), but sometimes the door to the stairs was fickle about opening. The proximity to the train tracks could be a bit noisy at certain hours. But we live in a city, so we’re used to a little noise. Our last night the upstairs neighbors seemed to be rearranging furniture at 2 a.m., and that was a little interruptive. There was absolutely zero noise from neighbors the first two nights. Again, overall it was a great visit, and we would stay again.

Perfect
We stayed in Nashville for four days. The location of the property was perfect to get away from the liveliness of Nashville but not to far to walk to all the fun. It is super clean. And we loved having the two bedrooms separated by the living area. The best part was each bedroom had its own bathroom and walk in closets. The beds were super comfy also. When we arrived I noticed a lamp was broken. I contacted the owners immediately because I didn’t want to get blamed for it and they responded immediately noting that it was not our fault in our records. They were very appreciative. I highly recommend this stay and would book it again without hesitation.
