This apartment is centrally located in an area perfect for those wanting to stay near the cultural heartbeat of music city. It's situated conveniently near Music Row, Vanderbilt and Belmont Universities, Edgehill Village, Hillsboro Village, 12th South, and the Gulch/Downtown. $7 and an Uber app on your phone will get you to almost any point of interest or great restaurant our city has to offer.

You'll enjoy 2 bedrooms (1 queen bed & 2 twin beds) and a living room with a sofa bed. High speed internet, cable, 2 televisions, and a washer/dryer make you feel instantly at home. Also the kitchen is fully appointed with all the necessities for staying in and cooking a meal if you want.

There are 2 bedrooms and a sofa bed available in the apartment.

Bedroom 1: Features a queen bed and television.
Bedroom 2: Features 2 twin beds.
Living Room: Features a sofa bed with a queen mattress and a television.

Sparkling clean and exactly as described inside. Host was very quick to respond when we communicated needs. Beds were super comfortable and there were plenty of pillows and towels. This was perfect for an overnight stop in Nashville as part of our longer trip. It was a bit tricky to locate the unit because there were no photos of outside of the building posted ahead of time. Part of the check out procedure requested that we take sheets off beds before departing which is not our typical experience.

The apartment had everything a family of 4 needed to be comfortable while stopping in Nashville for a night. It is in a quiet area of the city. It is not within reasonable walking distance to the tourist attractions, but you can access most places with a 5min uber ride. We did the Monster Truck tour from Joyrides, and we were close enough that the guide picked us up at the door!The thoughtful hosts covered all of our needs. Most of the cleaning supplies were hypo allergenic, even the laundry detergent which we really appreciated! This made it easy for us to keep after ourselves. Overall, it was a very cute and quiet apartment.

If you are looking for luxury this is not it, however if you are looking for close to downtown attractions, comfort and safe area-this is it. Quiet neighborhood and complex. Although i wouldnt recommend-you could walk to some of the downtown things if you are up for it. Host was very patient with all my questions and a late night text since we set off alarm trying to get back in. Basic amenities available and options for toiletries as well. I have already recommended this priperty to a friend
