No available heat in my room and it got down to 34° outside. Phone in my room did not work to call the front desk and it was late at night and I didn’t want to be outside of my room to go to the office. Was too cold to take a shower in the morning and miserable sleeping. No one at the front desk this morning that could help me with that I expect some kind of compensation for this.

They were WONDERFUL. Helped with booking since we didn’t want to be stuck in a snow storm we left 1/2 way through our booking. There was NO PROBLEM(with the hotel while trying to check out earlier)
