Unable to check in an hour after supposedly able to (arrived at 4 and check in at 3). Room not ready. Room was very dirty. Sheets had stains and dirt. Walls scuffed and dirty. Mirror was dirty, horrible lighting in bathroom (only had a shower light and below the mirror). Drain in bath tub did not drain properly. Room felt damp and smelled like dirty AC unit. Hotel was marked as a 3 star and this was 2 at BEST. Not a great area. Other guests were loud and also allowed to gather by the entry ways with Bluetooth speakers and hangout late at night. Will never stay again. Very disappointed at how much money we spent with what we received.

The property itself was dirty and in disrepair. Vomit outside the elevator that sat all day, needle caps in the parking lot, a woman passed out by the pool, another woman who slept by the pool two nights in a row, and an additional individual who slept outside in the corner of the parking lot for the entire 7 days we stayed. We won’t be returning.

I was super disappointed in the cleanliness of the property. The room in itself was dusty. There was mold in the coffee machines. And there was even mold on the showerhead. We complained a few times to the front desk and finally received a new coffee machine that we had to go and pick up at the front desk ourselves. They did not do anything about the shower head that had mold all over it. Luckily, I always carry Clorox wipes with me and I wiped everything down. The breakfast was average. The location was great close to the interstate.

I would not stay here upon arrival there was trash piled up in a hall way, the floors were filthy and hallways reeked our room clearly was not cleaned there was hair in the bathroom on the beds, stains all over the room the tv didn’t work wifi was dodgey. we would have left and asked for a refund but did not have time to change hotels idk who is leaving all the positive reviews here but definitely go look at the google and trip adviser reviews

Property is right next to a freeway so the traffic was loud all night. The hotel looks old but they are trying to freshen it up a bit, beds and pillows were lumpy. Staff was not friendly but they got the job done. It’s a perfect place for a younger crowd that’s going to spend the night on Broadway and come crawling back at 3am.

Outdated. The elevator was down more than it was working I think. We were on the 5th floor & I have a health condition which makes stairs extremely difficult so on check out day we were stuck on the 5th floor while the elevator was down.

One of the worst hotels I’ve ever attempted to stay at with my family. If you’re not a local, DO NOT stay here. DO NOT book this hotel. They are rude and will scam and hassle you as you attempt to cancel the reservation. You’ve been warned, rooms were dirty, stained sheets, hair in pillows, pile of dust on the couch pullout “bed.” So, if for any reason you have to & want to attempt, DO NOT BOOK it unless you have some type of insurance. Because the managers will just laugh in your face & tell you there is nothing they can do, oh. And when they try to give you another room, it was even worse. There was a literal hole on the door. My family took a list and we lost over $80” on this filthy hotel. Worst experience ever.
