There was a leak in the AC unit. Granted really hot in Nashville. Looks like a new mgmt. company. But they said they knew of the issue. When I brought it up, they sort of said. Well that’s to bad. Lovely place. Would do it again.

Place was huge, more than adequate for our family of 5. The property was well decorated and very clean. Location was better than I imagined, never having been to Nashville, we rarely needed our car. Walking distance to Printers Alkey, Broadway, Hall of Fame, etc. And shops and restaurants right there as well. Walk around a bit and you’re sure to find something interesting. Didn’t really need to deal with property manager, other than initial communication, which went smoothly. Thanks for the stay!Hint to future travelers:You’ll have to deal with parking, it’s a city. There is a lot just next door we used, however app wouldn’t let me stay over 24 hours. Just have someone else in your party reserve the next day through their phone and then alternate.

This place was a great option for several former high school friends to reconnect, walk to the Ryman for a concert and to Broadway to enjoy the live music! It was even bigger than we thought when looking at the pictures!
