The staff was friendly, however a room was not ready and available for us when we arrived two hours after the check-in time.The property seems to be under renovation and conversion from a motel to a hotel and we may have been put into a room that's not ready for prime time. The room was clean, but there is no central lighting and it's concerning that was no door latch to supplement the door handle lock. Another security concern is that guests were blocking side exit doors from closing throughout the day and night. I would not recommend staying here until the renovations are completed, at minimum.
