THINGS TO NOTE:
OCCUPANCY: This unit allows 10 overnight guests. Feel free to have guests over, however in compliance with the city regulations, there cannot be more than 10 people inside the unit at any given time. Over occupancy may result in eviction.

AIR MATTRESS: Upon request and for a fee, we provide a cozy high quality 22 inch queen-size air mattress with fresh linens, as well as additional towels, and other amenities. Only an air mattress confirmed at time of reservation is guaranteed.

BREAKFAST: We supply a light breakfast of Oatmeal and high quality coffee (enough for your initial arrival).

PARKING: There is parking available at the property. First come first serve.

GATHERINGS: We know you are coming to Nashville to have a good time, but out of respect to the other tenants and neighbors, this property has a strict “No Party” policy.

QUIET HOURS: Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am. Guests are responsible for the conduct of all persons in their unit.

SMOKING: Smoking of any kind is not allowed in the unit. There will be a minimum $250 penalty fee if it is determined that there was smoking in your apartment during your reservation period.

MINIMUM AGE: Guests named on the reservation must be 21 years or older. By booking a reservation, you represent and warrant that you are 21 or older and have the legal capacity and authority to enter into a contract.The name on the reservation must be present at check in and throughout the duration of the stay.

CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT: Check-in time is at or after 3pm and check-out time is prior to or at 11am. Early check-ins and late checkouts are based on availability and can be requested one day before. Additional fee may apply.

Extremely disappointed
This place could've been amazing, but what matters most to me is what a property management team will do when things don't go well. The air conditioning went out two days in a row. Some of our family were 65+ with health conditions, so this was a huge challenge. I personally had to crawl into the furnace area to try & fix it twice. The average temp during our stay there was 90 during the day, 80's at night, so air was a must. When I reached out to the property manager via email to help, it took hours to get help. Then, it just went out again. And our gate code to get into the facility didn't work right away either. Finally, they offered to move us within the same facility but to another rental for the last day. When we left the old unit and tried to go into the new unit with a new code, that code didn't work either. So we had to sit outside and wait 20-min for an email reply from the property manager for the RIGHT code. I reached out to the management company after we left, shared our experience and they were unwilling to work together. Things go wrong, air conditioners don't always work - that's OK. But I'm extremely disappointed with how they've handled this.

It was a good place to stay, Not perfict, but what is?
I was worried when I read the 1 and only review on this place. But when I arrived I found it more then adequate. It did show a little ware but a fresh coat of paint would fix it right up. The place was accommodating, It was exactly what we needed to accommodate 13 people comfortably. It was comfortable and had plenty of space. The neighborhood was a little sketchy but at no time did I feel unsafe. It was also close to Downtown and an easy Uber ride to Broadway and the Nissan Stadium. If I go back to Nashville I would not hesitate to rent it again.

Great location
This unit is a in a great location, located a short distance from The Parthenon Museum, Vanderbilt University, and all the downtown Nashville attractions (Broadway, 2nd Ave, museums, etc). The bedrooms are spacious and each bed can fit two people. Initially, I was worried about staying here because a previous reviewer mentioned that this unit is in "the projects". I disagree completely with that assessment. It is in an urban, developing area, and is located close to Fisk University (historically black college). There is nothing ghetto about the unit or the area. The unit itself feels very safe and is part of what seems like several other vacation rental units. We felt very safe taking Bird scooters all around our area. There is an iron gated fence around the group of condos where the unit is located that requires a code to get into, then a code to get into the building itself, and a third code to get into this unit specifically. The lady who we contacted about the unit (owner's agent?) was very easy to work with and responded to all inquiries promptly. My damage deposit was refunded promptly after our stay. No trash was seen anywhere, which a previous reviewer had complained about. There were a few broken tiles, and damage to the drywall was noted that needs to be repaired. One star was partially deducted for this cosmetic damage, especially since our group paid $770 a night for three nights (Thurs, Fri, Sat night) to stay in this unit. This is a steep price to have pay and have cosmetic damage noted in the unit.

This place has great pictures however they do not do it justice. This was once project housing according to the police officers that we talked to outside of the apartment. The police also told us "do not leave here at night by yourself". You are 100% in the projects. Do not let anyone sugar coat that. The place is not the same from the pictures. It looks like they have had some rough guests show up and really trash this place and then tried to shine it up before the next guests arrive. There were holes in the walls, Cracked bathroom tiles, leaks from upstairs that have not been addressed for a long time. There were several bags of trash in the shared hall way that only collected more. There is nothing "homey" about this place. This is not a vacation rental by owner. This is a bed rental by an investor that owns this place and doesn't care about anything but getting the rent and moving on. I have stayed at many VRBO rentals (23 exactly) and this is by far the worst. The person that you contact for assistance was very nice and helpful. I appreciate her help. She let us check in 30 mins early even though we were given the wrong door code to get in I will leave out some things that will only make this worse. If there is an owner response to this review with anything contradictory to what i have written then it is a complete falsehood and i will go to VRBO with the rest of the details. It honestly feels like ive been taken.
