I booked an "accessible room." Upon arrival was told it was on the 3rd floor. I didn't feel the necessity of utilizing an elevator was really a safety concern in an emergency for someone who needs an accessible room. Our room had a nice bathroom, better than some better chains I often frequent. That's the best thing about our stay. Saw a huge bug on the wall twice. Didn't investigate.

This hotel's elevator does not work properly. I read reviews where this was an issue 3/4 months ago. I figured they would have finished the repairs by now. This is very poor and should be disclosed before someone makes a reservation with them. Extremely inconvenient. Very poor.

This was my first stay at a Comfort Inn and I really enjoyed it. The room was great, spacious, had a couch and kitchenette area. Bed was super comfy. It is located right off a major highway/intersection, so moderate noise levels, but nothing disruptive. Would definitely stay here agai !

Walls are very thin - hear everything from other travelers all night. Smoke alarm sounding overnight causing staff to have to remove the alarm completely. Room alarm clock going off at 4:15 Am which had not been reset from previous guests appArently. Overall very clean and spacious, but multiple little things made stay miserable.
