Our home is located 29 mins from downtown Nashville, 5 minutes to I-24, and 10 minutes from downtown Murfreesboro, shopping malls, and restaurants!
Our place also features 3 bedrooms, one of them being a master(king bed), two full baths, and a half bath! We have a spacious fully equipped kitchen and a beautiful back patio with outdoor seating!
Guests have unlimited access to the townhome! (Except the linen closet, used for cleaning supplies)

Guests will self- check in using a digital keypad with a passcode which will be provided after booking!

Worse VRBO experience every
When we walked in the front door, there was an immediate odd odor. Front door rug was filthy, there were holes in the walls, the floors were sticky and the carpet was dirty. Refrigerator had broken pieces and had not been cleaned. Towels were hanging from previous renter (not washed), there was toothpaste spit on the bathroom faucets and bathroom mirror. I contacted the owner and said we could not stay because it was so dirty. They asked for pictures, which I sent. They never responded after I sent the pictures and did not offer to have someone come and clean. We had to find a hotel on short notice and have now paid for this VRBO and for a hotel. I talked with VRBO and they said I have no recourse. This should be removed from being a short-term rental.

Rental at Debonair
A nice place, quiet. Would be helpful if the Wifi code were posted in the residence. Also a suggestion that a stopper be provided for the tub, that the shrub be trimmed so can see the house number, furnish a pizza cutter. Overall, enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to others.
