This newly renovated East Nashville ranch home is a design-lovers dream! Located in a peaceful and quiet residential neighborhood, the home is walkable to 900 acre Shelby Park (with miles of greenways and trails) and just minutes from downtown and the airport. You are sure to love your stay. With 3 bedrooms (one King, one Queen, and a double twin room) this home is perfect for families or a group of friends gathering in Nashville!

We are located in a very quiet neighborhood so we only allow groups looking to relax + enjoy the quiet while being close to the best local bars, restaurants and shopping - NO PARTIES whatsoever. If you're celebrating a bachelorette party this space is not for you. *VISITORS: Only the number of guests listed on the reservation may be at the house unless written permission is given by the Host in advance. No additional guests may spend the night. Guests will be asked to leave and will forfeit payment if this rule is broken *NO PARTY DECORATIONS: We do not allow decorations of any kind to be hung in the house - absolutely no tape or thumbtacks to be used on the walls. A $100 minimum fine will be applied to anyone to does not adhere to these rules. *NOISE LEVEL: Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am, however the house is in a very quiet neighborhood so any loud noise or music will not be tolerated at any time of day. For this reason, please keep music + speakers indoors at all times of day. Breaking this rule will result in being asked to leave the house and the guest will forfeit payment*** *We have a lot of cacti in the home - they are beautiful but painful if touched. If you have small children and would like us to move these plants in advance please let us know. We are happy to do so
