The only complaint I have is the roof top furniture was dirty and not well maintained. We had booked this because of the roof top and for the furniture to be dirty was disappointing.Everything else was clean and taken care of. The communication between the host was good and the check in was smooth.

If you seen, Country Chic.

It was a good location and base for exploring Nashville. Small nitpicky stuff regarding aesthetics. But overall, good value and a decent stay. Owners were very communicative.

We were suppose to be given a code two ours before our arrival to enter the propertty. We never was given the code and had to call some property

The property was lovely and the unit was decorated in a very charming manner. It was exactly what we needed. Communication with the property managers wasn’t great. On the day of check-in, we were told the garage door was broken and we had to park in a curbside cutout location at the front of the complex. No one would speak with us over the phone to clarify the arrangement. We could only communicate over text messages. The messaging was confusing - and curbside parking was sketchy - so we just manually opened and closed the garage door and all worked fine.
