Downtown Music City Loft living! ~Steps to the Ryman and Broadway.

We proudly own and manage 18 lofts in Downtown Nashville. Our 1 and 2 bedroom lofts are located in the same building, while our 3 bedroom lofts are just a short 2-block walk away. All guests will receive access to our detailed digital guidebook providing our recommendations on music venues, local eats (breakfast, brunch, lunch, dinner and high end dinners), honky tonks, roof top bars, local retail stores and much more!

With our reservations, w​​​​​e offer for purchase two travel insurance options based on your needs to protect against travel, weather or emergency issues should you need to cancel your reservation outside of our cancellation policy.

PAYMENTS: Payment is due in full at the time of booking. We do not take deposits nor hold properties.

We require a digitally completed and signed rental agreement to be completed prior to arrival and before check in details can be sent along with the name and email address of each guest staying in the property.

Standard check in time is 3 pm CT and check out is before 10 am CT. We offer an early check in of 1 pm and a late check out of 12 pm for a $100 fee per time adjustment based on availability. All adjustments must be requested one week prior to check in date. We do NOT have a front desk, office or storage room for storing luggage prior to check in or after check out.

LUGGAGE STORAGE: If early check in or late check out is all booked up, not to worry! MCL has partnered with Music City Luggage Locker to provide our guests with safe luggage storage. Conveniently located across the street from our 4th Avenue building (2 blocks from our Bettye properties). Tour Nashville 'baggage free' before check in. Check out, drop luggage, and maximize your hours about town before your flight. Our direct contact information for luggage storage is provided to all booked guests. PS they also offer a grocery shopping service for stocking the refrigerator prior to your arrival!

PARKING:
We do NOT offer parking with our reservations. OUR LOCATION IS SO GOOD YOU WON'T NEED A CAR! Daily parking is available near the loft starting around $30 daily rate (midnight to midnight), subject to higher rates for Special Events taking place in the downtown area. There is a PARKING GARAGE CONVENIENTLY LOCATED next door to our building. One Nashville Place is the name of the garage if you wish to reach out to them directly for rates or more information.


LINENS & SUCH:
The ​property includes a full kitchen, linens and towels, free WIFI and TV for streaming your favorite TV shows and movies. Conveniently located around the corner from Walgreens, Metropolitan Wines and ​S​avi Urban Market to pick up any items you might need during your stay. PLUS walking distance to plenty of great restaurants.

ABOUT THE PROPERTY:

Inspired by the Grammy award-winning musical duo Brooks & Dunn, this special loft was designed with country elegance and your ultimate comfort in mind. Enjoy customized, beautiful touches throughout the unit- including brick accents, hard wood floors, steel beams, high ceilings and exposed duct work.

* 2 full bathrooms with showers (there is a tub but we do not have stoppers on the drain for being able to take a bath)

The Brooks Loft is the preferred space of its owner, Danielle Dubetz, who lists Brooks & Dunn's Brand New Man album as one of her all-time favorites. Enjoy easy access to the best of Music City without cramming yourself and your party into a hotel room.

Enjoy privacy and space with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a full kitchen and laundry room. Featuring original art by Anthony Billups and sculpture by Paul Chase, with all the special touches required to make this place look and feel like your second home.

This adorable loft can easily be booked in combination with the Dunn loft right next door to sleep a group of 9, and up to 12 people if your party is willing to share beds!

PLEASE NOTE: Booking the Brooks Loft reserves only this unit. To reserve the loft next door and sleep up to 12 people, you must book the Dunn loft separately.

It's only fair to warn you: if you stay here, there's a good chance you'll never want to leave. To borrow the lyrics of the good, old-fashioned Brooks & Dunn - you might just feel 'born to love again.'

CHECK OUT PROCEDURES –
a. Dish washer loaded AND started with detergent provided prior to check out.
b. Save energy! Turn off all lights.
c. Double check you haven't left any personal items behind! Check on the bed, under the bed, in the bathroom(s) and in the closet(s).
d. Any trash, opened/used food or drinks upon check out to be put into trash bags and taken to the trash room in the basement. Please be courteous to everyone in the building and dispose of your trash in the basement dumpster.
