The Perfect Stay

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The host, Matt, was great. The house was clean and very comfortable. Located in a quiet and adorable neighborhood just a quick uber ride from the downtown honky tonks.

My wife and adult children had a great long weekend in Nashville and this home is located in a quiet neighborhood yet close to all attractions. It is clean, comfortable and equipped with everything you may need. Communication is great and check-in is easy. Would book again.

This 3-bedroom home was beautiful from the minute we opened the door. The hosts made it very welcoming with a personal note and a gift on the island. Home Away from Home

Where do I even begin
 I’ve stayed at a lot of different VRBOS but, I have never stayed at one as nice as this. The house was so clean, the property manager went above and beyond with details that I’ve never seen at other locations, and the location was perfect. We had an amazing weekend and definitely plan on coming back to stay here. I would recommend this house to anyone looking to book a stay in Nashville. My favorite part was the rocking chairs on the front porch. Thank you again for opening your location to us. We loved it!

Nashville Stay in Hope Gardens

Matt's fully equipped house is well situated as most attractions including Germantown and the Honky Tonk area of Nashville are within walking distance. Also this VRBO is located in a very quiet neighborhood and not far from the Farmer's Market. If we had any questions, communication with Matt was almost instantaneous. Thanks for a great vacation.

Pleasant surprise

To be honest I wasn’t real sure as we got to the house and the road was getting repaired and the neighborhood was a little run down even though you could see that it is an area that is getting revitalized but the place was fantastic. Exceeded our expectations. Everything worked out great and the hosts were so easy to work with. Would definitely stay again.

Good stay

Property is about a mile from downtown and an easy walk. Close to Farmers market ( only worth going to Friday and Saturday) and Marathon Motor and Music Works ( we loved this place). Also about a half mile walk to Publix and good bars and restaurants. Property is as advertised. It’s an older building with lots of nice touches. Comfortable beds and good air conditioning. Good tv package. Would return.

Awesome place to stay!

Matt & Jenna were excellent hostsThey checked on us to make sure everything was to our liking. The location is perfect, so much to see and do within the neighborhood and walking distance to downtown. We loved the balance of a quiet neighborhood and yet c lose to all the excitement on Broadway. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and felt very safe and comfortable. Highly recommend this place.

Perfect location for Nashville trip

Home was perfect for our trip to Nashville. Convenient location was a short walk to the farmer's market and a short ride to all other attractions. Home is very comfortable, perfect for hanging around when not visiting the city.

Visiting Nashville for the Music City bowl. The house was in a perfect location for all the associated events. The neighborhood is quite and in a transformation stage with a lot of house under redevelopment. We would go back if we return to Nashville

House was very nice and comfortable. Nice short walk to Farmers market each morning for breakfast. Owners had coffee and water for you which was very helpful We did order instacart and they were there very quickly with some extras we needed. Plenty of towels and accessories like shampoo, body wash etc if you need them. Alarm system easy to use but felt area was decent enough you didnt need to worry. We had couple small issues and was easy to contact owner.

Great house for us!

We loved this house, from the well stocked kitchen and bathroom to the cute decor throughout the house. Our bed slept so good that I inquired with the owner which brand it was. The owner was very responsive to all of our questions prior to and during the trip. We enjoyed the record player and the collection of albums when we relaxed at home (they also had a good collection of board games). We could easily walk to the Farmer's Market and a nearby grocery store where we bought groceries to cook breakfast at the house. We were close enough to Broadway that a ride share downtown using TJ's ride service or Uber were quick and easy. We would definitely stay there again if returning to Nashville!

Great spot

We went with 2 other couples. The property was very clean, well stocked, the beds were all great all in a recently remodeled house. Parking in the rear with a nice porch. The location is perfect to get to Printers Alley or Broadway. The area is good and is up and coming. Easy access with auto locks and a security system that didn’t seem necessary but was nice piece of mind. The host was great from start to finish he text me just to make sure all was well. I’d recommend this house for a family trip or 3 couples.

Great House, Location & Host!

From booking to the moment we left Nashville, we loved everything about this property & host. We had 3 couples for a long wknd, and everyone was impressed with this house. From the welcoming bottle of wine, water & condiments in the refrigerator, fully stocked Keurig and all the thoughtful extras, this was the most accommodating VRBO we've ever stayed in. Matt was easy to reach and quick to respond to all communications. The neighborhood was very quiet, and only a short walk to The Nashville Farmers Market, which we visited several times. A short Uber ride and you're on Broadway. Highly recommend, and we definitely would book again!

A Home Away From Home!

What a great place to stay! Well stocked, tastefully decorated, quiet, and very comfortable accommodations with many amenities. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in your home. Blown Away

This property blew us away. The proximity to downtown but the quietness of the neighborhood made it an awesome place to stay. Very comfortable, very quaint and Tastefully done. It is the best equipped vacation rental we have ever stayed in. It has everything you could possibly need! We are already planning another trip with friends to Nashville to stay in this property!

House was spotless and very well stocked. The neighborhood is up and coming. There were lots of beautiful homes with a few in disrepair. I was not expecting that. Great location. Just a few minutes from the Nashville Farmers market- which we visited daily.

Best property we have ever rented!

This home was absolutely beautiful, and perfect for what we had planned! A big kitchen and multiple bathrooms for everyone to get ready for a big day out, very comfortable beds, a beautiful porch to relax on, and only a short Uber ride to all of the prime locations! Matt was super responsive and easy to contact for any questions we had, but we didn't have many since a super detailed binder was provided giving us a run down of the house as well as popular attractions in the area. :) 10/10 will be back in the future!
