Absolutely incredible location. Walkable to restaurants, coffee shops, so much more. Across the street from Portland Brew and Rosepepper in East Nashville. Great location, great layout, in excellent condition. 2nd floor has separate entrance.

Parking for 2 cars behind the house.

We can accommodate 8 guests here. Please note that there is only 1 bathroom with a shower, though. If that is an issue, please do not book.
