âïžImportant Considerations... there's a lot to love about Lonestar but let's be sure it's the right fit for you:
1. Rental Agreement: Must sign agreement & provide ID within 48 hours of booking (or immediately if arrival is within 48 hours). Failure to sign will result in cancelation with applicable cancelation penalties.
2. Occupancy: Max 4 persons at the condo at any given time, including non-overnight guests. This count includes adults, children and infants.
3. Minimum Age: Booking guest must be age 21+ (or active military) & occupant of the Property.
4. Accessibility: Top-level studio via 2 flights of stairs; pool via 1 flight; no elevator.
5. Location: May hear noise from others in condo complex, occasional construction sounds.
6. Sleeping Arrangements: Queen bed + queen sleeper sofa.
7. TVs: streaming services only; no local cable.
8. Pet Policy: DOGS ONLY. NO CATS or any other pets/ reptiles. Well-behaved, potty-trained dogs welcome with non-refundable fee of $25/ night/ dog (if not selected at time of booking, will be requested post booking). Must register in advance. See rental
9. Vehicles: No trailers, RVs, boats or non-standard vehicles in parking spot or street per Nashville regulations.
10. Nature and Pests: Expect bugs in the South. While we take precautions to prevent critters from entering the home, occasional encounters are inevitable.
11. Limitations: Cooktop only (no oven); No dishwasher; No ice maker; Wall AC/ Heat Unit.
12. Pool: Open from mid- May to Labor Day annually. Closed other times of the year.
13. Laundry: Washer/ dryer in complex laundromat (PAY / use machines) in building next-door; no detergent provided.
14. Size: Our studio condo is 440 sq ft in size.
15. Smoking: No smoking/ vaping inside studio or on balcony + no smoking in community areas of condo complex. Adhere to no smoking signs throughout building.
16. Building Age: Condo built in 1950s and though renovated in 2022 there are some charming creaks and imperfections unseen in photos. The condo complex has areas of building where it shows its age. Each condo individually owned, community areas maintained by HOA/ property manager.
17. Smart Home/Security: Exterior cameras at entry door (NO interior cameras). NOTE: other condos in building have similar style security cameras. Echo devices in living and bedrooms (can be unplugged).
