The room was great and the view was amazing. I had trouble leaving the parking garage. I turned in my key to the front desk, after I’d already paid for parking. On the way out, I had no room key, so I couldn’t leave. I hit the help button and no one answered. I finally called the hotel and they sent someone out to open the gate. The woman opened the gate and never said a word. Just rude employees.
