A clean, nice enjoyable stay here.
As I walked into the lobby I was greeted by the General Manager, Raquel at the front desk. She was smiling and made eye to eye contact with me. Raquel was very friendly, nice and made me feel like family. With the above being said, I knew I had made the right choice for our stay. Our room was clean, large and had plenty of space. Bed was very comfortable.We left early the next morning on the shuttle so we missed breakfast, but I would say it was great also. Without question, when staying in Nashville again, we will be staying here. Thank you again, Raquel

Flights were cancelled and the hotel was swarming with people. The front desk, though busy, was very nice and worked as quickly as possible. Good rooms.
