Very nice area within walking distance to all locations and only 15 mins from the airport. Lovely apartment with everything you could need for your stay. Great restaurants and bars nearby.

Good location, spacious apartment.

Great location- close to everything. Comfortable spacious apartment, nice linens and towels, safe neighborhood, nice building amenities, apartment was nicely decorated and the kitchen was well equipped. The room itself could use some maintenance - large stain on the couch, shower door handle coming off. Main issue was arrival email wasn’t sent until after checkin and didn’t include building front door code— the instruction on building to use guest key was wrong- didn’t work. Apart from that it was a great stay and nice area. Wed consider booking it again

Modern, good location, needs small touchup

Once we were able to figure out everything about getting and using all the tech to enter, we liked the location and the room. It was updated, clean, and modern. The tile in the shower seemed painted over so the paint was chipped up on the shower floor. The soap dish was also broken off the wall and there was a spot on the floor near the bed that was cracked. This didn’t affect the function of the shower, bed, or safety. We appreciated the stock of towels and soaps but surprised we didn’t find laundry soap. The location and parking garage were very conveniently located for all things located within the gulch. It was a long walk to other things but we chose not to do Uber, so won’t make that same mistake next time. The building fire alarms went off about 11:30pm one night so we were outside for over an hour while firefighters and security checked it out. Luckily it was a nice night but it was hard to know what was going on u til we asked the security guy what was up and he told us the alarm was malfunctioning and they were waiting for a technician to turn it off. We finally got back to bed around 1am. Overall we would stay again if we were stay in the Gulch again!

The moment I land in Nashville and take my uber to the lofts, they say there was a maintenance error and they have no rooms available despite my reservation. So at least they took me to another spot. Called Mint house. They take forever to get my access. The door key system was glitchy. Then the shower had no water pressure. Awful experience and won’t recommend.

Great location. Room hasn’t been dusted In a long time. The shower in main bedrooms was disgusting with mildew and what appears to be an attempt to paint over tile that is now peeling. White grout is black in much of the lower half of the shower. Vanity Light in bathroom flashing so you could not use it so we shared 2nd bathroom when getting ready. Billed as a rental that hotel like but missing some key hotel items such as good lighting and charging stations. Second bathroom tub needed to be bleached. Construction on exterior meant you couldn’t open blinds bc workers were out on lifts working.

Don't stay here.

The communication was great. However, the shower was terrible looking, we put towels on the floor because we didn't want to stand directly on the shower floor. There was a hole in the bathroom door, that could and should have been easily handled with a new door. It was nearly impossible to do my makeup because the lighting in the bathroom was so bad. There was a water main break outside. While we knew that it wasn't the fault of the establishment, they offered nothing to make it easier for us. We went over half a day without water in our room. The water company advised us to not attemp to drive through the flooding caused by the main break, so we couldn't leave the apartment most of the morning. The apartment simply said, sorry...

Nice but has its negatives

For a he most part the studio apt was nice. Housekeeping left dirty napkins sitting on the counter. The shower handle needs tightened and a drawer in the bathroom was off the track or something. Location wise it is very convenient for the Gulch area. Loved that. You can however hear the train all hours and the upstairs neighbor. The couch and one of the chairs needs a cleaning. It is very spacious!

Good place. Amenities list needs updated

Nice property and we were comfortable. Only a few small things that kept me from a 5 star review. Bed side lamp would start flickering after a few minutes making it impossible to lay in bed and read. The property amenities states there was a coffee grinder and coffee maker, so we brought a bag of coffee to find out all the unit had was a single serve keurig machine. Other than that the bed was comfortable. Shower had hot water and good pressure. Unit was clean and we were able to cook breakfast. I would stay again.
