The place was clean and very accommodating. Very close to Broadway as we planned. Parking scared us at first, but we figured it out and it was very reasonable. Thank you for hosting us! We will be back again!

Had a pleasant stay. Secure building, very clean, a few food choices nearby, 15 minute safe walk to Country Music Hall of Fame/ Museum where you can hop onboard the old town trolley hop on hop off bus. 15 minute walk to foot of Broadway. Parking in garage there was 100 regular for 2 days but there’s a QR code in lobby and in elevators that gives you 50% off when you stay there so 2 days cost 50 tx. Freeway is a bit noisy but we wore our earplugs to sleep which worked well for us. The owner may want to keep a supply on hand for guests.

We did have an issue but our host responded in a timely manner and took care of us. Problems happen it’s just life, but handling it well makes the difference.

The host was accommodating, and gave us late checkout. The condo needs a thorough deep clean,eg sofas shampooed, floors thoroughly vacuumed and washed, bathroom-walls washed,shower deep cleaned to remove the mold, toilet thoroughly cleaned, especially behind and beside, vanity and mirror thoroughly cleaned. The kitchen needs a deep clean as well, including the appliances. The linens were stained,and need to be replaced, especially the bedding. I did contact the host to let her know, and also we found a cockroach the day we were leaving.

Location was close to Broadway and the check-in/out process was easy, it was dirty. I don’t think the sheets were changed from the last stay. There was long dark hair in the sheets and there were stains on the bathroom counter. Although the garage door is nice looking and probably great in nice weather, it lets a lot of sound and cold in.

Izzy was very timely communicating with us on a slight issue with furnace. The apt was clean and cozy-just as pictured. A nice, brisk walk from downtown/Gulch/Broadway

House and property are modern and nice. Ubers are about 8-10 to broadway so very cheap and within walking distance if you don’t have cowboy boots on haha! Very well priced. Would definitely stay again!

The property was centrally located and was easy to get to all different parts of town. It was fully stocked and had everything we needed. We only had issues with the garage door and the noise of the freeway. We also noticed some mold on the living room ceiling. The bed side lamps also didn’t work for us. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay!

Check in was seamless. Apartment was very clean and well supplied. Issues, humidity level in apartment was overwhelming! The “garage door” was a little ridiculous and non functioning! The garage door did not seal the window so the traffic sounds were very loud! The apartment was lovely! The bad part was when we went to get dressed for our evening out, our clothes were actually damp. This is the reason for the 3 stars.
