The location is ideal for getting to and from the airport. It is under a 5 min drive. Home is 10-15 min from downtown Nashville and has all you need within a 3 -5 min drive from the home in the way of shopping / groceries / dining & more. Car rental location near by.

Property was what the pictures had shown. The property owner was traveling abroad so worked with Ron who was very nice. Unfortunately there was a leak in the bathroom, the refrigerator didn’t work so we couldn’t store food in the there and the grass was extremely high.

SUPER CUTE DUPLEX

This place us ABSOLUTELY ADORABLE. The hosts are EXTREMELY sweet and responsive. 2 of us got there and couldn't figure out that a remote worked some lights. I messaged and they responded immediately. One of the host came by and showed us how to work somethings and was the nicest ever. They have updated this place beautifully. We would 100% stay here again. The location was perfect for us also as we were visiting Broadway but other places as well. The planes near the airport also not an issue. Also, one of the people who stayed has cleaned homes for her entire working career for high end clients and had no complaints on the cleanliness of this place, none of us did actually. All in all a beautiful and clean place, quiet neighbors, and very accommodating hosts.

Cozy but needed to be cleaned and sprayed for insects.

I will say that the communication with the property owner was outstanding. The problems that I had was not things that could be addressed at the moment but at least she was receptive of the info and promised to make it right. It really needs a deep clean and maintenance, but with understanding if you don't live or visit the property occasionally you don't know this. Location was great but the surrounding neighbors was not clean. Again, I am sure these problems will be addressed and the next person will enjoy it!

Location is cute and very close to the airport

Great location, adorable property. It is a duplex so shared driveway. The spiral stairs to the second floor are tight. These are not designed for everyone. The only complaint is the door lock. It was way too hard to manage.

Dirtiest Rental I’ve Ever Seen

The residence overall worked out great for our group. The only issue was the cleanliness of the home. Upon check-in we found: Dried up urine on the toilet seat; hair and old shampoo crusted to the wall of the shower; a cockroach found in the upstairs loft; and the floor overall was so dirty that the bottom of our white socks would be black by the end of the day. Luckily, we found a few cleaning supplies in the laundry area, so we could tidy up a bit and make the place clean enough for us to want to stay. I saw quite a few other reviews stating the same issues with cleanliness, and the owner would retaliate with, “the property is being cleaned according to Covid guidelines” or something along those lines. I’m here to warn anyone else thinking about renting here that regardless of what is said, the cleaning is certainly not happening. The residence was convenient for us and we liked how there was enough space for my family and two toddlers to all fit comfortably; but we would never stay here again.

Not the most clean.

The description says 4 bedroom, but in reality it is two bedroom, and a loft style so technically 3. Which we were disappointed. We were told we had to wait to check in because the cleaning crew was cleaning, however, when we went in it was not the cleanest. There were a lot of spider webs, we killed two huge cockroaches, the bathrooms were still unclean (hair and dirt in the showers). The host was extremely nice, she did leave me birthday balloons since we were traveling for my birthday. She communicated quickly and I did inform her of how unclean it was and she said she would talk to the cleaning crew. I asked her for her number to send her video and picture. Upon our check out I did leave the cockroach on the floor and we made sure we did not take anything in our luggage with us. Cute place overall, just not the cleanest and also it is not a 4 bedroom!

Birthday Trip

Inside the house is beautiful and had a nice smell that was noticable but not overbearing. The description of the rental house stated that it had 4 bedrooms but it only had 3 bedrooms with a sleeper sofa. So keep that in mind when you book. The cleanliness of the house was good only a few spider webs here and there. We never saw any pest or rodents. There was some delay in response but she did let me know that she was also on vacation too. The location of the house from downtown Nashville was good. Oh! I almost forgot I mentioned to the owner that it was my friend's birthday and she left balloons for her on the kitchen counter!

Disappointed with the cleanliness of the property. I was discouraged to cook meals after I was looking for pots and pans; the inside of the cabinets were gross and sticky. Coffee machine was dirty and leaked. The floor was sticky in some areas around the table; I cleaned it up with desinfectat wipes, since I couldn't find a mop. Doors were also dusty and sticky with some yellowish spots. The stairs did not feel safe: there was some shakiness as we went up and down. Hot water ran out fast; that was annoying. I was not able to relax or feel confortable after a 13 hrs deive. This made me questioned if the COVID-19 cleaning and disinfecting guidelines are being followed. Definitely did not meet my expectations and we will not stay at this property again.

Lovely Loft

This was the perfect home base for our visit to Nashville. It was an easy 20 minute commute to downtown. Check in was a breeze. We had everything we need plus some thoughtful addition s such as q-tips and hair ties. There was also a well stocked coffee/tea basket. We would stay here again!

Over all great

Overall great and enjoyed all our time! Mapping was weird took us to a different neighborhood that was right down the street with the same name of the street.(used Apple Maps probably works better using different navigation app) enjoyed the neighborhood and the atmosphere of the place! The only negatives were that the shower would flood cause hair from previous residents was stuck in the drain, I grew up with 4 girls so im used to it and the other negative was the amount of air fresheners I have allergies so it did kind of mess with them but being how my group were out most of the day, these negative didn’t bother me or my group as much but could bother someone else. Other then that is was Almost perfect, I loved the spiral stair case and how spacious the place was. I would honestly book here again in the future!

Great Stay Overall!

This property was a great find in an ideal portion of the city! Not too far from anything and I personally think the outside did not do justice for the inside. Nice and cozy but there were some cobwebs and bugs when we first had entered. None the less! Host was amazing and house was overall perfect for my bestfriend’s bachelorette!

Cleanliness of Home

While the place we stayed was convenient to everything around us, the place was not very clean. I read the reviews of others and I concur that the house should be cleaner than it was. Also, there were several air freshners throughout the house. With someone with Asthma and allergies, these freshners should not be used in a rental. There was definitely an odor throughout the house that perhaps the freshners were trying to mask. You ask if I would rent here again, the answer would be no.

Vacation Stay

Great location, check in/check out process was very simple, the property is pretty spacious. The downstairs bedroom has 2 twin beds however it is a trundle. 1 TV in the property. Plenty of extra sheets and linen if needed. We felt a need to re-clean and re-sanitize upon arrival. The night before departure there was a decent sized (not your typical household spider) located in the loft bathroom vent. Overall, although the property could use a few updates, and attention to detail cleaning, it was a decent stay.
