We had a blast in Nashville celebrating my daughterâs 21st birthday. We rented 3 units as we had 21 people. The location was perfect. We walked to Broadway most everyday and just ubered back at night. The Germantown neighborhood was quiet and peaceful with many things to do as well. The courtyard at Magnolia was perfect when we all wanted to come together in the mornings and discuss our plans for the day. Thank you again for a perfect a Nashville stay.
Loved the layout, space and location. Properties were in good shape with one or two noted trivial repair issues needed (wall sconces, lights, etc.) As a STR Operator myself, I really appreciated the fast response times from your organization. We've had horror stories from guests who've leased from Vacasa and a few others. AvantStay felt very positive in theses respects and kudos to your company for keeping the right things in mind while managing these types of properties.
