We love Nashville!

Came with a group of friends and it’s always nice to stay at a house over a hotel. We enjoyed the deck, it’s nice to have an outdoor space. We used Uber to get downtown, and also enjoyed some of the neighborhood spots. Fun brewpubs and restaurants nearby!

Great trip to Nashville- great VRBO

From the time of booking until we departed, we had a wonderful stay. The home we stayed in was well appointed with everything needed to enjoy a comfortable stay while visiting Nashville. The kitchen was amazing, the beds were comfortable each with their own bathroom. Having space to rest and get ready for each day make our stay that much more enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again!

Where do I start! It's listed as NEW... NO. Near restaurants and stores ... NO. Walk to ... NO. TVs .... NO. The women lives there. Her clothes, shoes, food, etc. are in the closets and fridge. Not your usual VRBO. Don't do it!

This was a nice townhouse- there were some overall issues with airfreshners causing allergies with a couple of our people and some previous pet hair that was left. It was a great location for us and worked out great with the bbq and kitchen facilities.

Nashville getaway close to all the action.

The house was perfect for our party of 8. Location was great. Short walk to great eating and short Cab ride to broadway. Would definitely come stay at this location again. Owner was great to work with.

Loved Nashville

I’d have to say initially we booked the Opryland hotel and then our group grew. So we decided to book a house. Initially I was concerned about knowing that different areas of Nashville. It was everybody’s first time going. The home owner was very accommodating and answered all of my texts and emails immediately. I was impressed with her. The newly remodeled home in my opinion was the most centrally located. We were looking for a quiet, suburban, safe area to stay and that was this home. We are now looking to book a trip with our husbands. This one will definitely be on our list to rent again. With the owners customer service I would ask her first if she has any other homes to rent for the rest of our party. Overall, Nashville was a great experience. Our temporary home and home owner made our trip very easy. We were able to walk to a local coffee shop, get an Uber to a local grocery store and Uber to everywhere on our list for Nashville.

Great Home for larger groups!

We enjoyed the home, its convenient location, and the communication with the owner. It was simple an easy from the moment we requested the property. The owner was quick to answer questions, check on us via text during our stay and responded quickly. The property is very very clean, quiet and conveniently located to lots of attractions. We were at a Trade Show all day, so it was nice to come back to a home instead of a hotel.

Nice place!

We had a great time. Not sure it could sleep 10 comfortably but we just had five and were very comfortable! The house was clean and beds were nice. There was no doubt a big dog there at one point. Not a big deal. I would recommend this place and would stay there again.

Beautiful Home!

My wife, four teenaged daughters and I enjoyed our stay. The house had beautiful upgrades and felt like home. Everything we possibly needed in the kitchen, the three bathrooms made it easy to get ready for a night on the town, and the open living/dining/kitchen area created some awesome family memories. We found the location to be very close to everything. 6 minutes from Caffe Nonna (featured on Guy Fieri’s show Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives), 10 minutes from the downtown excitement and 24 minutes from the biggest mall we have ever seen... Opry Mills Shopping Center (I have a house full of women, what do you expect from me?). Over all we had a wonderful vacation and felt more than welcomed at the home. Raj was an excellent host who checked up on us a few times to make sure we had everything we needed, wished us a Happy New Year, and just made us feel at home! Thank you Raj for sharing your home with my family, we have more great memories together which is one of the most valuable currencies my family and I can exchange. -Tom, Alley, Danielle, Devin, Cayla, Dayna

Absolutely loved this house and the location!!

Came here for my husband's birthday and we had such a great time!! Rosalyn was really nice and made sure that we had everything that we needed for the weekend. The location is great too and is only a 10 minute drive from broadway. Would definitely recommend staying here!!
