I was not there for pleasure. My husband was seeking treatment at Vanderbilt Medical. The condo met my needs during this stressful time. I liked that I could walk to the hospital on warm days and had several restaurant choices within walking distance.

We were in town to visit our Belmont student. Coincidentally, ESPN College Gameday was in town, just up the street….so we attended that, and the Vandy vs Mizzou football game. All of this was walkable. The property was perfect for us! The beds are comfortable, real mattresses with box springs. The shower water pressure is amazing. The showers are good for tall people. The kitchen is nice. Everything seemed clean. Parking is easy. The stairs were no problem for us. Many excellent restaurants are easy walking distance. We would be happy to book this property again.

Perfect walkable location!

Perfect place for our mother-daughter trip to Nashville! Very easy check in, and the snacks and drinks left were a great touch! Clean, comfortable, and walkable to lots of shops and restaurants. Very much worth it!

1. There is absolutely no way 6 adults can stay in this place comfortably. 2. There were cracked glasses that broke when we used them. 3. When I tried to contact the owners prior to the visit via the email provided through Expedia, they responded through VBRO. If I did not reach out through VBRO, what makes you think I’m going to know you are replying back through VBRO? 4. The beds are on rollers. They moved every time we sat on them. Was told to park in “spot 5”, there are no markings on the parking spots…not even lines. Just not worth it. Very poor customer service.

Perfect Location

We came to Nashville for a college visit at Belmont University with our oldest. The location was perfect. There are so many restaurants and shops nearby that we were able to walk to. The space was comfortable, yet small, which was fine for the three of us. The only thing we didn’t love was how loud the air conditioner was when watching TV. Also, the TV has limited apps, so it made it hard to watch what we like, but that’s ok. Molly, the hose was very responsive and easy to get a hold of when we needed her. We would recommend for sure!

Great Place and Location

My family and I enjoyed our stay on Aklen Ave. This is a great location and close to downtown and many other cool attractions around Nashville. We enjoyed walking to dinner at several close by restaurants, breakfast at Pancake Pantry, and Ice Cream at Jenni’s just down the block.

Everything was as described. Very nice neighborhood. Good communication with host. It will probably be difficult to do, but the noise from the air conditioner needs to be muffled better. It was difficult having conversations downstairs.

Wonderful stay!

We came to town for a Vanderbilt football game and the location was perfect! The owner was very easy to communicate with and accommodating, the apartment was updated and clean, and the neighborhood was great for shopping and eating. Would highly recommend!

The manager was very kind to let us check in early. She was easy to contact as well. There are a couple things that can be upgraded like the shower head in the Jack and Jill bathroom. It has too much pressure and sprays water everywhere. It also gets very hot upstairs so anyone that needs a cold room to sleep will have trouble. Overall stay was good.

LOCATION!!

What a great week! We were in Nashville for our son's baseball camp at Vanderbilt. It was an easy 10 minute walk to the sports fields, great neighborhood with lots of cute shops and good restaurants. Located very close proximity to Belmont also.
