I’d expect more from a Hilton branded hotel. The shower is already looking worn, visible water stains. Door lock had to be lifted with force to lock. Flat pillows that don’t hold your head up. King spring mattress worn (get memory foam ya cheapskates). TV unplugged so we plugged it up and it’s not user friendly at all. There’s no carpet in the room so that’s both good and bad. The HVAC was noisy. We only had one washcloth between the two of us. Hotel also adds a $8.50 fee for “incidentals”. When asked what “incidentals” were, the front desk told me “parking lot maintenance”. Bah. The parking lot was abysmal, a solid sheet of ice that had not been treated with salt or cleared with a plow or shovel. Lies. Serves them right if someone falls and sues. Won’t be staying there again. Other hotels in this area are better.
