L'hĂŽtesse Barbara est trĂšs accueillante et accommodante pour ses invitĂ©s. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour ĂȘtre confortable Ă  un prix qui est plus abordable que la majoritĂ© des hĂ©bergements Ă  Nassau. On est dans la vraie vie des Bahamiens dans ce secteur. Ce n'est pas un lieu touristique, mais on se sentait tout de mĂȘme en sĂ©curitĂ©. Plusieurs Ă©piceries Ă  proximitĂ©. Toutefois, l'hĂ©bergement est situĂ© un peu loin des plages et des attractions touristiques. Une voiture est nĂ©cessaire pour s'y rendre, mais il est possible d'en louer une Ă  Barbara Ă  un prix trĂšs abordable.

TrÚs bon accueil de la part de Barbara. La maison est trÚs propre et les utilités fonctionnent bien. (Wi-Fi ). Barbara nous fourni un GPS. On a bien profité de la location de la voiture.Je n'hésite pas à recommander cette propriété considérant le prix et la tranquillité

Great house well located !

We spent a very pleasant stay at Barbara’s house, she was really helpful with everything and gave us a lot of advices for our stay ! The house is well located, pretty nice (we were 3), clean,(!) and in a nice neighbourhood with supermarket and restaurant nearby. All the rooms have TVs with cable channel (even though we never used it) and WiFi. All the major spot in Nassau are only a few minutes away. I would definitely go back there if I ever come to Nassau again !

Overall our stay was excellent. I rated five star because the host was very responsive, attentive and available. When we messaged regarding minimal issues Barbara responded and attended to the issue quickly. She was friendly, relatable and easy to talk to. This is one of the best properties we have stayed at in Nassau. I would recommend this property to anyone who enjoys comfort and nice, friendly hosts. Thanks for having us.

During our 3 week stay we never heard from our host Jonathan. Barbara, the lady in the attached unit next door makes this place run! From picking us up & dropping us off at the airport, she was a pleasure to deal with. She ensured there was always a replacement jug of purified water for replacement when ours ran out, and provided a cell phone with GPS to help us navigate the island. When our rental vehicle had a flat tire, she had it repaired in 2 hours. All minor issues with our unit were handled quickly and professionally. The unit is a no frills accommodation and was clean and comfortable. It's listed as a 3 bedroom, but there are only 2. The 3rd bed is a pullout couch in the living room/dining room area. Other than that, all the amenities were as per the listing.

Great Affordable Property

We enjoyed our stay. The unit was exactly as advertised. It was safe and clean. The location is great too, but you will definitely need a vehicle! Rent from Barbara. Affordable rental and cheaper than taxis. The internet is just okay. You will need to be in the front room to get the best service. . We would stay here again when we come back to the Bahamas

This is a no frills property. However, Barbara, our host was phenomenal. She went over and above to make sure we were comfortable and provided us with a vehicle and a driver at a reasonable fee. Thanks Barbara and Jason for making out time in the Bahamas memorable. We will def come again.

Great stay

Staying at Barbara's property is great for anyone looking to spend time in "the real" Nassau. The neighborhood is quiet yet situated close to everything that you could want or need. Barbara is wonderful. She's right there if you need anything. I highly recommend staying here.

Experience island life

The property was exactly as pictured. Great place place to stay if you really want to experience island life. This location leaves you about 15 to 30 minutes from most locations you want to visit. Supermarket is a stones throw away and barbara was a great host.

Alles in allem war die Unterkunft super, ist etwas außerhalb und die Nachbarn sind alles Einheimische. Parken konnte man direkt vor der TĂŒre und der Kontakt mit Barbara war super!

Fantastic Experience

Barbara is a wonderful host. The property is exactly as described. It's great for a family of 3 or more. Especially with 2 bathrooms. The property is centrally located in the heart of Nassau. If you're looking to get out and experience Nassau and not just stay in your resort, this is a great place to do it.

I loved this property; it was very clean and comfortable. Barbara was awesome anything we needed she made it available. I enjoyed coming home to this house because it was cozy, and I was able to really relax. I also liked the fact that she had a car available to rent. If you rent the car, she picks you up from the airport and takes you back when you fly out.

We stayed for a month and our host was great. The area was quiet and easy to get to all the places we needed to go. The villa was clean and you are provided with plenty of supplies and linens and beach chairs/towels! It is also bug free!!! We will definitely stay here again. I believe she has a car to rent as well if needed. We loved our stay!!
