This is about the worst rental we have ever used through VRBO or any other services. The unit is in total disrepair and unacceptable as a rental. Here is a list of issues, although not complete enough for you to get the picture.1) Only one slider was operational. A complete fire risk. And the one slider that worked was difficult to operate2) windows didn't operate in bathrooms, kitchen all difficult or not operational at all.3) Oven didn't work properly only half of it got warm, our food was ruined.4) Extensive cracking and peeling in walls.5) Kitchen not outfitted properly. some dishes when used were dirty and required washing prior to use.6) Kitchen counter chipped.7) No shades in master bedroom, difficult to sleep.8) none of the balconies were usable, looked like they would fall off the house. Couldn't access them anyway as the slider didn't operate either.9) some towels had holes10) unit was in serious disrepair and a fire hazard, with electrical wires falling off the house, etc.About the only good thing we can say is the air conditioning worked well.
